Best you can getI went thru many presses (I’m 62) and… this one beats them all – best press you can get.

Works good.Works good on all size cloves. Leaves some residue behind but my old one did too. Little cleaner is a handy extra.

Loose fitting piecesIt does the job but seems very loose fitting and cheap metal. It’s not meant for heavy duty work so isn’t a big deal but don’t expect heavy stainless steel feel. Can’t speak of durability but can’t imagine it will be a hand me down type item.

WOW! Totally impressed!!!After trying many garlic presses, including a popular brand I bought in Italy, they all oozed up the sides of the press and left most of the garlic in the basket. WOW! was I impressed that all of the garlic clove was pushed out the bottom! I just peel, cut in half horizontally, cut side down and voila it all comes out quickly and easily directly into any of your recipes. Garlic butter, garlic noodles, garlic fried rice, garlic veggies and salad dressings! No smelly fingers and so easy to rinse clean. So fun to use with garlic sautéed noodles, like your favorite Japanese restaurant and healthy too! Just press garlic clove right into your fry pan or wok with butter and oil, toss till fragrant then toss with whatever you are craving. Veggies, noodles, shrimp, fish, chicken or steak. Garlic lovers won’t be disappointed!!! Highly recommend! So much so that I bought 8 more for gifts!

Good garlic pressA nice garlic press. The cleaning tool is nice but there is always some garlic left behind. The press itself is basic and easy to use. The leverage is good when pressing 2 cloves at once. It doesn’t seem like the hinge would break too easily. A necessary tool for garlic fans.

Great garlic pressThis press is sturdy and very little garlic squeezes past the plunger( as many presses do) it minces garlic easilyWhile it says you don’t have to peel. I find you need less pressure to squeeze and get more garlic expelled if you peel the cloves first.

Loose Construction, lots of garlic squeezes past plungerLot of people here say it works great, but on ours the plunger is quite a bit smaller than the cup that holds the garlic and about 1/3 of the garlic squeezes past the plunger. You then have to collect the mess and put it back in to press again. We bought this because it looked a lot like our favorite Zyliss Susi 1, but it isn’t the same. After 2 months I’m back to amazon to buy something better.

Strong garlic pressSomehow I’m on my third garlic press in 3 years. I lost my first one to my garbage disposal, which I take full credit for. But the second one, which I also purchased from Amazon, slowly broke from what I would consider “normal” use. It was much more “substantial” looking than this one, so I thought it’d hold up for awhile, but I also had to press REALLY hard to punch the garlic through. This one felt rather flimsy in my hand when I took it out of the package, but I was pleasantly surprised to find I don’t need to push very hard to get the garlic through the press. The little cleaning tool also helps when it comes time to wash. I’m hoping this one lasts at least a year, but so far, I have a good feeling!

Durable and easy to cleanHave used many garlic presses. This is by far the best design. In fact, I have the same press for over 10 years and just bought this one based on the imprint on my old one to be sure it was the same quality. The cleaning tool also fits my 10 year old press, indicating that the design has stood the test of time. The easiest to clean and solid press.
