1. Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, green onions, garlic, and mustard powder together in a bowl; pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add the steak, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator, 3 to 4 hours.
2. Remove steak from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
3. Heat over medium-high heat; cook steak just until outside is browned and seared, about 1 minute per side. Continue to cook until desired doneness is reached, about 5 minutes or more per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C). Remove skillet from heat and allow steak to rest before cutting, 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds over steak.

1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. This is a thin layer that can be tough to remove. Sometimes it will peel right off. You can also cut it, and pull it off. Cut the ribs in half so they are able to fit in the air fryer.
2. Drizzle the liquid smoke over both sides of the ribs.
3. Season both sides with the pork rub, salt and pepper.
4. Cover the ribs and allow the ribs to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
5. Add the ribs to the air fryer. It is ok to stack the ribs.
6. Cook for 15 minutes on 360 degrees.
7. Open the air fryer. Flip the ribs. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
8. Remove the ribs from the air fryer. Drizzle the ribs with BBQ sauce.

1. Remove any bones from your salmon if necessary and let fish sit on the counter for an hour. Rub each fillet with olive oil and season with paprika, salt and pepper.
2. Place fillets in the basket of the air fryer. Set air fryer at 390 degrees for 7 minutes for 1-1/2-inch fillets.
3. When timer goes off, open basket and check fillets with a fork to make sure they are done to your taste.
4. Notes: One of the beauties of the air fryer is that it’s so easy to pop something back in for a minute if you want it cooked longer. You can also open it while it’s cooking to make sure it’s not overdone. I always set my timer for a little less so I can check on how things are coming along so I don’t overcook an item. Things cook so fast sometimes a minute more is all it needs.

SO EASY TO CLEAN! GREAT AIR FRYER!IT HEATS UP TO THE RIGHT TEMPERATURES. THE HEATING ELEMENT IN IT IS GOOD QUALITY AND YOU CAN REPLACE THEM EASIER THAN FINDING A BULB LIKE IN ALL THE OTHER KINDS OUT THERE. THE GIANT BOWL IS PERFECT FOR GETTING GOOD AIR FLOW AND BEING ABLE TO PUT MORE THAN A SINGLE SERVING IN. RACKS AND STUFF COULD BE BETTER QUALITY, BUT IM NOT GOING TO COMPLAIN. SO EASY TO CLEAN BECAUSE OF THE GLASS, AND I JUST MIX EVERYTHING UP INSIDE THE BOWL. HASNT DRIED OILS AND SAUCES ONTO THE GLASS ENOUGH FOR YOU NOT TO BE ABLE TO CLEAN IT UP. I CLEAN AS I GO ANYHOW, SO THAT HELPS. BEST FRENCH FRIES IVE MADE IN A WHILE AT HOME. DOESNT TOP DEEP FRIED FOOD, OF COURSE, BUT IF YOU MIX THEM IN A LITTLE VEGETABLE OIL BEFORE YOU HAND, ITS STILL GOOD. THAT DEEP FRIED TASTE, BUT NOT SOAKING WITH GREASE.

Love new Airfryer exceptThis was a replacement of my Nuwave Oven that has served me well for many years. I love my new Nutrichef Airfryer. So far it has exceeded my expectations. the build quality is very good, I’ve cooked a whole fryer that was done perfectly. The skin was crispy and the inside was so moist, Cleaning was so much easier than my old oven. I expect this product will server me well for many years. The only improvement I see is maybe a digital read out. Update: My initial evaluation has not change but I do have a compliant about the 3 inch metal rack. It is designed with only 3 legs and is very unstable and easily tips over. The food would fall into all the fat that has collected on the bottom. It happens alot when cooking small items like chicken wings. It even tips over when cooking small steaks.

This ONE product replaced SEVERAL kitchen gadgets. I’m so happy!Bottom line: I absolutely LOVE this gadget! Before purchasing this, I’d been in the market for an air fryer for quite some time (upwards of 4 or 5 months). With so many out there, choosing one almost became a job! Luckily, I can now stop looking. This is so much more than an air fryer, which is a major plus since many similar products don’t have the features that this product has. I can cook whole chickens, fry fish and chips, and I can even steam my veggies. Having all of these options in one at this price is great. I’ve been able to stop using several other of my kitchen gadgets (and put them away) since this does everything that those do – all in one.The air fryer is packaged very well, which I’m thankful for because I’ve received countless broken items due to poor packaging. It arrived in 2 boxes – an outer shipping box and the product box. The lid was placed on top of the glass cooking bowl, surrounded by Styrofoam. Several things were placed inside of the cooking bowl: food racks (3), tongs, a power cord and the manual.First, it is very high quality. The glass bowl is very heavy, sturdy and well made. The cooker is actually a LOT bigger than I imagined it would be, but I can’t complain about that at all. I love the fact that I have so much room to cook pretty much whatever I would like, and even multiple items.Secondly, it is very easy to operate. The controls are located on top of the lid, and there aren’t a ton of buttons and/or knobs (there are two – time & temperature) that would drive one mad, so you can set it rather quickly and easily. There are two lights on the lid – a red power light and a green light that illuminates when the oven is cooking. The lid has a handle on it with a little button that you press to shut it all the way down, which initiates cooking. Listed on the lid are 7 types of food, the temperature that they should be cooked at, and the amount of time needed to cook them. That little grid is actually very handy, and I definitely appreciate it being there. While using the air fryer, it doesn’t get hot in my home, and that is a key advantage for me. I love baking my food, but I really despise how hot the regular oven makes my home. It does make a little noise while cooking, but it is very tolerable. The halogen lamp that comes on while the oven is cooking is a show for my kids – they absolutely love it. I turn the lights off and it lights up the whole kitchen. That’s kind of random, but it brings me to say that the lamp is powerful. The oven cooks evenly and quickly, but when cooking a whole chicken, I cooked it at a lower temperature for a longer amount of time simply because that’s my preference. The chicken looked beautiful. The cleanup was a breeze! Since the chicken was cooked on one of the metal racks, that was really the only thing that took a little elbow grease, and that was simply ensuring that nothing was stuck in any of the little nooks and crannies. Washing the cooking bowl took very little effort, and the lid was easily clean with a damp cloth. My only issue with this product doesn’t pertain to the product itself, but to the manual. It is awfully thin and lacks what one would think is imperative information about operating the machine. The metal “ring thing” (which I found out is an “extender” from my research) confused me like nothing I’ve seen in a while. In several pictures, it was located on the top of the fryer (the lid rested on it), and in several other pictures, the ring was located at the bottom of the glass cooking bowl (which is where it was when it came out of the box). I searched the manual to find out what it was and what it was used for, but there was absolutely nothing in the manual about it. I was honestly taken aback by this. This is what prompted me to begin my research. There are numerous spelling and grammar errors (which is really no big deal). Since I am rating the product, not the manual, I cannot take away any stars for this, nor does this issue take away from the versatility, convenience and all around awesomeness of the product. This issue has caused me to spend a bit of time online searching for videos or articles of it being utilized, but I don’t mind it very much because I’ve learned a lot of new things about the fryer.I 100% recommend this product and I look forward to experimenting with it for a very long time to come.

Very nice looking in the kitchen.I just received the Nutri Chef a couple of days ago. Haven’t done much cooking but I like how easy it is to clean the air fryer. Disappointed about the size I wish the air fryer was like 9 quarts instead of 13 quart.
