Does what it needs to an accurate temp gauge, suggest do not leave in the oven so it stays cleaner and use only when you want to calibrate.

Seems very consistent but not sure how accurate it is. A bit difficult to read through the oven window but doable.

Found out my oven was more than 40 degrees off. I’d like to be able to rate my oven that i bought 4 years ago! Out quite a bit of money. Also, today the handle on the freezer section of my frig (I purchased at the same day) fell off! Sometimes the smallest things are so valuable.

Everything about this thermometer is fine, except It’s a little hard to read without sticking your head in the oven! But you can easily read the 50 degree marks.

I verified the accuracy of this thermometer at several temperatures. It’s very inexpensive and does exactly what it’s supposed to.

I tested the accuracy this thermometer with another digital thermometer that I have and it was accurate. I noticed a big temperature change every time I opened the oven door. Best to keep the door closed as much as possible.
