Lets start by saying I am a Tozo fan and have previously purchased other Tozo products – I find them to be the Value for money option for those like me who want quality at a good price without being brand conscious. My Tozo T10 Wireless Earbuds purchased in April 2019 have been well used and met all of my needs – however battery life has dropped about 10% a year over the past 2 years and the introduction of Noise cancelling made me buy these as a bit of an Impulse purchase. I am not disappointed – Comparing the T10 with the NC2 sitting next to 3 computers with fans buzzing and a photocopier warming up int he background – the noise cancelling is spectacular ! I have given a video here for those who want to see what they get. The other key advantage to my T10s is the size of the charging box which is half the size of the T10. I thoroughly recommend these – although NB I do not use these to take phone calls and so have not tested the microphone.

Cordialement.

I had a set of Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro that were great but unfortunately I lost one bud on a trail run. Before those I owned a pair of Jabra Elite 7t Sports that died after 6 months. So those models will be what I am comparing these earbuds to. Because I primarily use these to workout at the gym and run here are the things that are important to me:
Price: TOZO is the clear winner at less than half the price of the Jabras. The box the Samsungs came in probably cost more. If I lose them on the trail its not a big deal.
ANC: Blocking out the music the gym plays is critical to my wanting to be there. I was amazed how well these do that though I think they cheat a little and up the bass when you turn ANC on. They are just as good as the Jabras in this respect and superior to the Samsungs.
Sound Quality: The Galaxy Buds Pro are the clear winner here, no contest. The Jabras come in second when they worked but not far ahead of the TOZOs. I tend to listen to music that is meant to play loud so a little distortion doesn’t matter. I have had no trouble hearing people or them hearing me when I have used them to talk hands free though not something I do very often.
Fit/Comfort: The Samsungs were the most comfortable too. Probably because they are the smallest and lightweight. Losing one in the woods was my fault (I knocked it out brushing a spiderweb out of my face) but the fact that it was so small and dark gray contributed to it disappearing. The TOZOs extend below the earlobe like Apple Airpods but are larger, some would say VERY large. Also the finish is so-so, with noticeable ridges at the seams. You can tell they are cheaply made but I am able to wear them comfortably by experimenting with the wide range of earpiece sizes included. Still the Jabras were more comfortable (though heavier) and don’t extend beyond the earlobe.
Reliability: The TOZOs have been rock solid, always connecting, and with good response to the touch controls. I like not needing an app on my phone to use them. Both Samsung and Jabra use an app which lets you customize controls, check battery levels and fine tune your listening experience. I rarely used them and found the Jabra app buggy.
So I guess if you’re looking for decent earbuds with good ANC and don’t mind that everyone can tell you are wearing cheap knockoffs the TOZOs are a good choice.

These headphones are great however come with some caveats. I bought the Tozo T6 headphones last year and for the price were one of the best purchases I have ever made. They were such a great purchase that I decided to get another pair of headphones exclusive for the office but wanted to try something slightly different. As such, I went with these Tozo NC2 headphones.
Please enjoy this user review written BY someone who enjoys shirking their office work duties writing Amazon reviews FOR someone who enjoys shirking their office work duties reading Amazon reviews!
Firstly the pros:
The battery life is very good. I go to the gym 6 days a week for multiple hours and they just don’t quit. I’m currently on my second week for daily office and gym use and I have yet to charge the case once.
After a year of the previous headphones I’ve learned the weird quirks of getting used to the tactile-less touch features of headphones and these work quite well and are very responsive. The adaptive noise cancelation was eerie to get used to (no pun intended) but works quite well. The sound passthrough also works as intended, though, as with most passthrough, there is some static perceived especially in windy environments. Nonetheless they do well for what they are marketed to do.
The cons:
I only have three major gripes with these headphones that do not exist with the Tozo T6 headphones.
1) Where the Tozo T6 headphones have the ability to turn on using a long press on either headphone, the Tozo NC2 headphones do not have this ability (despite what the manual claims.) The only way to turn them back on is to put them back in their case and taking them back out. This does not change whether they automatically powered off or whether you manually powered them off with a long press. Ultimately, this is an annoying extra step when compared to the Tozo T6 headphones having this ability.
2) The headphones don’t really feel snug in my ears. I have a big head with small earholes on par with Shrek. The Tozo T6 headphones fit perfectly even with my most violent, concussion inducing, headbanging. These Tozo NC2 headphones feel like if I push a fart too hard they’ll pop right out my head. I’m not sure if it’s simply because I’m incompetent or if because I’m too explosively incontinent but they are a loose fit regardless.
3) My last con is neither a comment on product function or on product quality but a comment on clumsy product design. The headphones when sitting in the case are backwards from the direction a user would naturally grab the headphone and put into their ear. With the Tozo T6 headphones I typically grab the right headphone with my right hand and put it in my right ear (I’m a simple creature with a simple antiquated point-click mindset.) But with the Tozo NC2 headphones if I grab the right headphone with my right hand I need to clumsily flip the headphones without dropping them before placing them in my right ear. This is made worse by the fact they are already moderately difficult to hold comfortably in a position intended for inner ear penetration. This is mitigated some if I start with my left hand for my right ear and right hand for my left ear. However, I despise this suggestion as I have been socially conditioned to use my right arm exclusively and thus the annoyance I have to lift my left arm is encroaching untoward undreamt of; and ultimately a hurdle that stands between me and the sound of sweet Enya kissing my right ear (my head banging go-to.)

The earbuds are average in size when compared to others. I’ve been wearing them for a few hours to test them and they are really comfortable. They don’t make you feel like you’ve got something blocking you ears even with ANC turned on. Even after a few hours I could carry on wearing them without feeling uncomfortable.
The earbuds come with a case which is the same size and shape as the AirPods Pro case. They come with a fair few different size ear tips so finding the right size was easy.
Pairing was straight forwards thanks to the included instructions, after pairing they work seamlessly, just take them out of the case and they pair with the last device I was using them with. When I’ve finished using them I put them in the case and they turn off and start charging.
The sound is impressive for this price. There is some really good bass (which is really all I care about). But I can see these being used for a number of different listening styles. The ANC is pretty impressive for small earbuds, however they do tend to let in some of higher sounds (which I expect most earbuds this size would do), they do a really good job a blocking out everyday sounds and people talking.
The touch controls took a bit of getting used to, but once I got the hand of them its really intuitive, each earbuds lets you control different things (i.e. left control volume down and right control volume up). Being able to control most aspects of playback without using my phone is really useful (something missing on the AirPods Pro).
The case has LEDs on the front to let you know the battery life which is really great to know at a quick glance. The case also charges via USB C which is awesome as it a future proof port and helps eliminate the need for carrying unnecessary multiple cables. It also has the option to wirelessly charge which was a nice surprise.
I haven’t tested the call quality as I’m one of those people who avoid calls and prefers to send 50 messages of a 60 second phone call (introverts unite).
Overall I’m really impressed with the sound, quality, packaging and battery life of these earbuds. For the price I’m glad I bought them and will be using them on the regular.

My god, what a nightmare of an experience.
I researched these prior to purchasing and all reviews sang them praise . I was really excited to find a reasonably priced alternative to air pod pros.
My first pair – upon arrival left ear didn’t work. No charging indication light, no sound . I returned them & reordered .
Second pair – finally thought perfect these are great .music sounded fab, anc was effective ..until I had a phone call and the person said they could barely hear me- recorded a voicenote to see what they were talking about and all I could hear was static and VERY low voice recording . Returned them. Also the right ear would have this weird very faint ‘ringing’ sound, this softened when I turned the anc on .
THIRD order – I’ve just opened them and low and behold the right ear won’t turn on or play sound
I am beyond fed up at this point .
Contacted Amazon customer service who told me to return them .. I literally cannot be bothered to go through the faff of returning them for a THIRD time . All I want are working ear phones.
I requested a replacement to be sent out instead . They can’t do that apparently .
Contacted Tozo (as they mention a 18 month warranty) who said because Amazon buy their stock and resell I have to take it up with them . What on earth ?
I’ve had other earphone manufacturers send me replacements due to faults after a year of use no problem. I get sent a faulty product and still can’t have a replacement? I’m not even asking for my money back just a WORKING pair of earphones .
If you are lucky enough to get a faulty free working pair ..they are enjoyable to use (referring to the second pair that I could actually hear out of) but bloody hell I’m fed up.
After 3 faulty pairs being sent to me I simply can’t recommend them in good faith.
Now that I see others have had similar issues I’d have to advise that you save yourself the hassle .
I am actually disappointed as I had high hopes for these. Also disappointed I couldn’t get a reasonable resolution to my issue.
