It took work, but I did get hard water stains off. I started with my glass shower door, that I have tried everything on. Most muscle I used was from the top down to the middle of the door and I was able to get rid or 95% of the hard water stains. The bottom half, I ran out of energy. But the other door that I never got to, compared with the 1st one, is completely different. If I had the energy to scrub hard, I think I would get off all the hard water stains with this. It is very expensive and I can see that it will go quickly with just a few uses, but it is the only thing I found yet…that got the hard water stains off the glass shower doors. I used it on a bathtub that was terribly stained and it worked quite well there too. So….yes…I do recommend it to clean bathtubs and for shower doors. You will have to scrub though.

We have dark tile in the bottom of our master shower which gets used daily. The first application did not remove all of the calcification; however, it has been building up for a long time. I will reapply the product a few times to get as much as possible removed. I wish I had discovered this product sooner!

After trying many DIY and commercial products which claimed to work on even the toughest hard water stains, we finally found this product that actually did! Note:Using the hand scrubber that was included was much too grueling work and too time consuming. We also purchased the Rotoscrub 7 pack pads that can be used with any power drill. This combo helped us get the job done! 💪

This product works incredibly well. I wish I had taken a before and after photo. My bathroom glass doors are now so smooth and clean that when I use a squeegee to scrape off the water off my shower, it’s a different texture! The product came with a very effective sponge as well. You can cut the sponge into smaller pieces depending on how big your glasses are. There is hardly a smell from the product so it seems as non-toxic as advertised.

I was using A-MAZ to remove hard water spots from the windshield of a boat.I purchased the cream and the scrubber pads. I also have a buffer that I was able to use- but really the buffer didn’t help that much.So if you are familiar with boats and waxes- this stuff is essentially very mild cutting cream/paste- once it has dried out you’ll be able to see just the grit that is left over- just like cutting cream. It’s the scrubber pad that is most effective- the action of spending hours with this cream and the scrubber pads is what removes the hard water spots. Will you be able to get out the hard water spots- yes. Did this product remove the spots- no. Its the hours and hours you will spend with the scrubber pads and this cutting cream that remove the water spots. You will need more scrubber pads- after about an hour, the scrubber pads will no longer be as abrasive- and that is really what is doing the spot removal- probably could have used any cutting cream with a scouring pad/steel wool and gotten the same result. If you think this is a short cut to not have to buff with a lot of force and time, you are mistaken.

I am a HUGE review person. I hate the hassle of returning things or being unhappy with a product…so thank you all for some great, helpful reviews/advice. I have been using AMAZ shower cleaner for a couple years now. It is the only product I have found that works. I have been cleaning my different showers for years now; tried every grocery store option out there that all just suck from my experience. YES, with AMAZ you gotta use some muscle and gear up for the task. I have all my possible tools needed and handy, including the scouring pad that comes with the product: stiff bristle brush, big sponge, might have a spot needed for a SOS pad, bucket of water for rinsing, old rags, loud music, drinking water handy…catch my drift. I gear up like I going to a tough exercise class. All said, AMAZ does help get rid of the highly mineralized, hard water spots (grout, stone tiles, chrome) we have where I live. You will stand back and feel proud of your work. Just say’n!PS Often the next day I see some dry white residue left in shower…I just scrub off with scouring pad and water.

Bought this to use to clean shower due to our hard water. Unfortunately the lid was cracked when it was delivered and it dried out the product so we had to throw away and buy it at a local store. Overall this is a good product. It did take a while as to rub on all the grout in the shower and then rub it all off, kind of a pain. But in the end it was worth it as it did appear to take off the hard water stain so now my grout looks great!!

I made the mistake of cleaning our brand new $100k wine tasting room windows post construction with a hose hooked up to our untreated hard well water. This left impossible to clean hard water deposits everywhere. I was recommended the A-Maz product by an installer at the glass company. I rarely write reviews but when a product performs this well, this easily and restored seriously expensive windows to better than new condition, I figure I better write the review. You start by rinsing the window down. Then apply the paste on the pomace pad, which when you rub it on the glass lightly is the key to getting the stains off. You rub the pad on the wet surface in circular motions which helps it soak into the stain. Then leave it to dry. My surface area was large so I used a Makita polisher with a #2 buff pad on low #2 speed. But you can also keep rubbing with the pad it eventually pulls the film off. The pad absorbed some of the A-Maz paste and so if there were still stains, it took them out, nearly to 100%. After buffing I rinsed and then washed the glass with a wet microfiber cloth, rinse again and then squeegee. If there were any spots left, you can use the pomace scrubber to go over it one last time, it doesn’t dirty the glass much. My windows look amazing, it even took that residue and lines you see from stickers they put on the glass new. Gone! This wasn’t an easy job, but it was well worth the effort and the product really performs.

YOU MUST BUY THE DRILL BRUSH ATTATCHMENTS TO USE THIS PRODUCT.Good effing luck trying to use sheer will and a little bit of elbow grease…. VERY SURPRISING THEY DONT MENTION OR SUGGEST USING ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES BATTERY OPPERATED TOOLS.Once you find that sweet spot of just the right amount of product and the perfect amount of water (which is very very little) ive noticed that if you get the scrubber slightly damp and then apply a small amount of product a little at a time is going to save you alot of time and frustration.once you applying the product to the scrubber you want to slowly strat applying the product with a very light hand with your prower drill to get the product spread evenly over the area you are cleaning (small section at a time) the water helps to initially spread the product around and as its getting spread around there isnt really any visable difference to the hard water stains…. BUT WAIT FOR IT THE MAGIC IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN….Once the product is spread out and the water has pretty much dried up and the produc you have already spread out on the glass has started to dry a little bit as well this is when you hit full throttle with your drilll brush and start working over the same little area you just applied product to and the dry product on the scrubber buffing againts the dry product on the glass creates the magic we’ve all been searching for…CRYSTAL CLEAR GLASS !!!!! BOOMim on my 5th jar love this stuff many many uses for it in the proffesional cleaning industry!!
