The media could not be loaded.
It has a good look and it is functional too.
However, the first product I received had some welding fail issue in a week.
The stainless steel welding connection failed. So I returned it and received a replacement item.
Now the replaced product came with a cracked plastic part.
I just gave up on returning it coz it takes so much time to repackage it and send it for replacement…
A little disappointed because it is not a cheap rack at all.

We go through racks around here!
Lots of dishes to be done and pots/pans.
The design seems to be one that will last – we are really hoping the underneath part (water guide) will not crack up thought that must be a challenge with all the soap, banging and temperature changes these products get – eh? I like how the wire is protected by a soft coating that is fused with the thick rack – good design.
The knife holder becomes more useful than constantly putting our knives in a drawer and is a safety feature (no pointy edges waiting). The hanging rack feature has its benefits too for delicates that just need to be hung away from the rest. We’ve used it on whisks, tongs, fancy glasses etc.

I waited a bit to write a review. After a month of use this dish rack has proved to be exactly what I wanted. It drains nicely, holds all the usual dishes for our two person household and cleans up very easily. I had no issues putting it together, in fact, there is not much to put together except to be sure the actual drain board is placed correctly under the drying rack. Simple as can be really. Because the drying rack is all aluminum I expect it will last as long as i need it to without rusting. Worthy purchase for sure.

4 platos planos, 4 cubiertos,4 vasos, sarten, comal, escurridor, etc. Muy buen tamaño. Recomendado !!!

I don’t own a dishwasher by choice, and I wash my dishes immediately after using them, so I use this thing a LOT.
This dish rack is massive. I mean, I knew it was going to be big, and that is one of the reasons I chose this thing, but knowing it and seeing the amount of space it takes up on your kitchen counter are two different things.
That said, I have ZERO regrets and happily allow it to sit on my counter day and night because it holds SO MUCH. It simply deserves its spot of honor. Okay, yeah, it would also be difficult to find somewhere else to keep it! hahahaha~ But again, I use it several times a day, so putting it elsewhere would be a hassle anyway.
I love the tray at the bottom because it just sends all the drips right into the sink–no need to wipe off the counter or put a cloth mat down that you then have to hang somewhere to dry. Nope, this dish rack eliminates all that. Plus, it’s super easy to clean. ^_^

Like you, I was shocked at the price of the various dish drainers, but after much hand wringing I had to break down and buy one. I wanted to write this review after using it for a while. It is spacious and the low-height dish dividers make it ideal for pots and pans. On the other hand, the low-height of the dish dividers also mean that oversized plates and tall items are likely to fall over — you have been warned. The sides are not very deep, so you can have things that easily hang over the edges (but that will also fall over the edges if you don’t pay attention). The prongs for glasses are nice and deep and upright so they create good balance for even wide-mouthed or bottom heavy glasses. Because it is brushed stainless, it is loud when you place something in it (louder than the rubber coated ones). The utensil caddy is deep and I wasn’t sure that I would like the individual slots for cutlery but they are working OK and everything is drying, and the dividers are just covers that are removable if you don’t have a lot of small utensils. The biggest puzzle is the tray for underneath it. The tray is smaller than the rack — but so far, the angle that dishes are required to go into the rack seems to keep the drips inside the edge of the tray. I don’t like the tray draining on the narrow end, it creates wasted space on my counter, and the tray isn’t really sloped — so it creates puddles that evaporate rather than “draining” to the sink. The feet of the rack are wide for stability which is good, but it can also prevent any minimal draining that is trying to occur on the tray (the feet are perpendicular to the direction of draining). I kept my old draining tray and may swap it out after a few weeks to see if I want to return to the other orientation for better slope and having the feet parallel to the flow. So overall I like it — it has a nice flat surface, is well balanced with a low center of gravity for heavy items, but there are definitely some quirks to the design that Kitchen Aid could have worked on a little harder for the price tag. I will come back to the review if I identify any challenges with corrosion or aging.

Sister in law loved hers, so we bought two, one for us and one as a gift to replace my parents’ old dish rack. Its a pretty good size and flexible in where we can place dishes. My only tiny nitpick is that when water drips down into the tray underneath it doesn’t completely flow down and gets stuck if there’s not enough water. I usually will tilt up the whole dish rack to help it out.

This dish rack is very sturdy. When I put my pots and pot tops in the rack, it does not budge. I can fit a lot of dishes and bowls and pots in the rack without having to stop washing midway through to make some room. The only thing that bugs me, are the separators for the silverware. They separators always pop out. It is not a major drawback. I like that they keep the forks and spoons separated when they dry, I just have to place them one at a time and remove them carefully. Otherwise, I just would remove the separators. I do like this dish rack very much.

size is perfect for my small galley-style kitchen, I love the integrated draining tray, but it’s angled to only drain to the side w/ the glass drying rack. Since I can only put it on the right side of my sink, that means the silverware tray would be on the outside as in the product pics, and my roommate thinks that is an abomination (?), to avoid a hassle I have to set it up with a generic tray underneath that does not drain immediately into the sink, I’d give it 5 stars if you were able to angle the tray to either side.

So happy with this quality dish rack. Have taken a fancy to steel items over the less durable materials… and I must say I am super happy with the roominess, the fact that it is NOT resting on the counter, priced fairly, and a big step up over what I had for years. If you want a minor upgrade to your kitchen, try this dish rack. I searched far and wide before selecting it, too.
