Perfect storage unitI recently had new counters put into my 60 year old kitchen. While the counters were off the cabinets, I installed this shelf on the top shelf of my corner cabinet, One of those deep dark corner cabinets that if it were a new kitchen, it would be a Lazy Susan cabinet. But I don’t even know if I could ever have a Lazy Susan cabinet as this cabinet is only 6 inches from the corner of the sink. I’m sure you all know about those deep dark cave corner cabinets that you cannot get to. I wish I could’ve put one on the bottom shelf, but this shelf would not fit through the cabinet door opening and I would not be able get back into the cabinet to screw it down. But having it on the top shelf is perfect. I keep easy to remove items in that cabinet, and once I remove them I can slide that shelf out and get back to those items that used to be lost in that dark cave. This is a very sturdy shelf and will hold lots of weight.

the BESTi used the 9″ version in my last kitchen remodel to make better use of those skinny little 12″ end cabinets – perfect!just ordered and installed 2 of the 20″-ers for my current house – they’re still good, probably the best on the market, but given the size they feel a little precarious when fully extended. there’s been no issue, i’m just careful to not ‘leave it hanging’ and always immediately push it right back in. to be clear, i have a full spice-cabinet’s-worth of little glass jars in there – there would be no issue if it were linens, etc.the best part, the simplehuman super-smooth ball-bearing slides – effortless; the big handle at the top is also a plus for ease of use. per the brand’s whole ethos, it’s just designed better than any other on the market, which for this sort of thing, justifies the cost. also, stupid-easy to install.

Sturdy and easy to installI installed four of these sliding shelves in my mother’s kitchen and pantry. She can no longer reach in to her lower cabinets nor reach the back of her pantry shelves. These sliding shelves have made a huge difference in her daily life. They are very sturdy; one of these shelves is holding approximately 25 cans of veggies and soup and, even when fully extended, doesnt strain the sliders at all. I plan on installing a few more of these aroundy mom’s house.

Good qualityOverall good quality roll smoothly. Easy to install since you can remove the plastic bottom, though a little tough to get in and out. I believe it says 20 lb capacity, though I wouldn’t want to pull it all the way out with that much weight. Put in 4 of these, the one placed on the bottom shelf needed to be raised 1/4” to clear the lip on the cabinet.Note: if you use these on adjustable shelves you will have to secure the shelf ( I used small “L” brackets to prevent the shelf from leaning forward when shelf pulled out )I also ordered a different brand that had a two piece unit, rollers and basket had to be put together after brackets in, this was much more difficult to install and did not fit that well together.

Better than expectedI bought one 14 inch organizer with one particular cabinet mess in mind. I wanted to put it on the top shelf in a two compartment cabinet. Unfortunately, my shelf was just about a half inch too short. I highly recommend checking your measurements before ordering. I learned the hard way. The good news is it fit the bottom shelf just fine. The organizer is sturdy, the extenders are very well made. It glides smooth and does exactly what we need it to do. Before we had to take multiple things out of the cabinet to reach something towards the back. Now it all rolls out easily and it stays nice and neat. I have since purchased two more to tackle similar clutter in other spaces.

Excellent choice especially for the priceI got this when I was cleaning out my pantry and realized I didn’t want to have to crawl along the floor to pull things like my wok out from the back of the bottom shelf. I did a lot of looking, and was surprised that there was nothing under the $60 dollar mark for a simple 20 inch pull out shelf. I never searched before though, so that basically just shows my naivete. This looked like the best option for under $100 – relatively decent wire rack, the right size, and the bonus of the liner.I’ve uploaded pics so you can see just where the screws mount in it. Installation couldn’t have been simpler. I got it set so the front was as far forward as I could put it without interfering with the cabinet doors when they closed, centered and squared inside by eye, very simple with just under half an inch free on each side. I marked the spots where the two front screws went, drilled pilot holes to simplify things, and then screwed in the screws. Once that was secured, I was able to pull it out some and drill the pilot holes and screw in the back. The longest part was getting out the cordless drill and screwdriver and putting them away again. Lining it up, drilling, and securing with the screws took about 90 seconds. I put the liner back in, and I was done.It would only pull out about half way though – which I assumed was the limit, since others have complained about the smaller units not pulling out far. But then I checked underneath and the lip I have on the bottom of the pantry area is high enough to interfere with one of the tracks, so it wouldn’t fully extend. I can lift slightly and get it over, but I’m going to pull it out again and put some spacers under the front to help elevate that slightly to overcome the issue. The tracks are really done well – they’re smooth, not loose and cheap, there’s enough friction that it stops as soon as you let go, there’s no free sliding at all. Moves easily even with my large wok and other things on it.Having done a lot of searching at various stores here as well as online, I found nothing that comes anywhere near to this quality and function at this price point. Definitely worth every penny.

Only pulls out half way.Purchased this for a low shelf that was a problem to get to the back of. This works well enough until you need an item from the back. It only pulls out half way, so you can’t get at the back items without moving all the items at the front! There’s a product designer at SimpleHuman who didn’t do his job.

Highly recommended 😁I bought two of these for our Motorhome – 1 medium and 1 small – to make the most of the space. They are perfect. Good quality. Easy to fit. Lock in to space and dampen so they don’t rattle. One of the dividers was slightly damaged, but I’m only using 1, so the other was unused anyhow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 😁👌🏽🚐
