Look no further if all you want is a no-frills, basic, WYSIWYG coffee maker! This is our second time purchasing this particular coffee maker. One is used in our vacation home in Mexico, where Keurig pods are practically non-existent. We bought the 2nd unit to replace our Keurig here at home, as the price of Keurig K-Pods continue to skyrocket and the quality of the cup of coffee produced is marginal at best. Get back to grass roots with this machine… plain filters, simple ground coffee of your choice in a can, and you’re all set. YOU control the quality/strength of the coffee it makes. Cleanup is a breeze. Buy with confidence!!

I want coffee, not bells and whistlesThis is the sixth Mr. Coffee machine I’ve utilized my very-lengthy tenure of drinking coffee. This “cheap” machine makes coffee, not something frothy, fancy or special. I don’t need a timer or a clock. I don’t need bells and whistles to make a cup of coffee. (Well, five cups of coffee, but who’s counting?) This machine is easy to use. It works. It’s sturdy. I like the design. The coffee is hot. The filters are easy to find. Not much more to say, which is perfect to me. If you need some fancy concoction, this is not the machine for you. If you need something fabulous on your countertop, keep looking. If you want hot coffee from a standard looking coffee maker, this will definitely suffice.

Works great and right size.I have limited space on my counter. This coffee maker fit prefect.I only drink 1 large size Starbucks coffee cup a day. I filled the coffee pot up to 4 cup and put it in the water chamber. I then put 4 scoops of coffee in the filter. Turned the coffee maker on. It heated up fast and start to drip in the coffee pot. When it was done, I poured the coffee in my cup to the fill line. It was hot even after I put milk in it. Great cup of coffee.I’m happy with the purchase. I recommend it. 5 stars.

First one lasted 15 monthsI originally had one of these for about 15 months and then it stopped working. Diagnosis revealed that the temperature sensor had failed. It was cheaper to buy a new setup than to replace the sensor, so I bought a second one. I’ve had multiple older Mr. Coffee small coffee makers in the past that never had that problem. Hopefully it was just a one time occurrence with the other one. The new pot is working fine.

Cute, well made coffee maker but…I like small things so this coffee maker is just the thing…..for just one person. But it is advertised as being a 5 cup pot. I took an 8 oz – 1 cup measure and filled it 3 times. Those 3 cups of water came to the very top line of the 5 cup pot. It does NOT hold a single ounce more than 3 cups. It is fine for one single person, but I do wish they’d been honest about how much it would hold.

Works well but don’t leave it on for longer than a couple hours or your coffee will burn.Easy to use just by adding water, a filter, and grounds then hitting the power switch. Cleans easily too. I only have two issues.1 – put in 5 cups of water but get back 4 cups of coffee -okay and understandable. The carafe is for 5 cups asa five cup coffee maker though and you cannot add more water to the reservoir due to the oveeflow cut out in the back thatw would just spill the water all over the counter.2 – the heating element under the pot is too hot. It is so hot, when I originally pour it into my travel tumbler, I have to add a couple ice cubes to keep from burning my lips. If I don’t use all the coffee right away, I have to turn off the machine otherwise it will scorch the coffee. If I leave 2 cups in the carafe and come back and hour later to refill my cup, it will have reduced down to a little less than a cup and a half and smell slightly burnt. Leave it for 2 hours and you’ll have a scorched dry coffee crust in your pot and a fire hazard. I now fill my cup and turn it off. When I want a refill, I put the remaining coffee I. The microwave to heat it back up instead of leaving the pot on.If you want a Large cup of coffee i. The morning and then are done. This is great. Want to refill through the morning, get a pot with better temp control instead.

Love this little coffee potThis coffee pot is the perfect size for filling my yeti (30oz cup I think). With cream and sugar it’s just enough to fill it right to the top. I’ve brewed probably several hundred cups at this point and have had no issues at all with it

Smooth Tasting CoffeeThe first Mr. Coffee we ordered had a cracked carafe. When we contacted the seller, another coffee maker promptly arrive early the next morning. Awesome customer service and we love the new Mr. Coffee brewer.Makes a smooth, delicious cup of brew quickly and is easy to use.

A good compact coffee maker.Thiis is a small coffee maker with a 5 cup carafe. I use it to make a large single coffee in the morning. It is stone simple which works well with Alexa automation. I control it with an Alexa smart switch. The coffee maker has a mechanical on/off switch as opposed to a programmable unit. This allows you to leave the coffee switch in the on position and lets the smart switch control the coffee maker. I don’t rise at the same time every day so I ask Alexa to turn it when I wake up.

Bought for trip to Las VegasI drink coffee. More than I like to admit and I need coffee right away in the morning. With the price of a cup of coffee and a trip to Las Vegas planned, I ordered this small coffee pot to go with on the trip. It worked great and was lightweight and easy to pack in my luggage. For this price, it saved me more $$ using it the first day and leaving it behind than it cost.
