Nice coffee machineIf there was an option for 4 1/2 Stars, that’s what I would choose. The only minor issue is on the k cup side. I guess I’m just spoiled to the tassimo. My tassimo is over 10 years old, and you just can’t beat it’s speed at delivering a single-serve cup. But even the various keurigs I’ve tried are slow compared to tassimo. Anyway, this machine delivers a nice k cup brew, it just takes a while. And it makes a loud noise at the end of the brew, like a diesel truck pulling up the drive, lol. Aside from that, I love being able to brew a pot, a k cup, or a make-it-yourself k cup. I like the brew strength setting. I specifically look for this feature when I’m shopping for a coffe maker. Give me bold! Also, I have to have the auto brew feature, which this machine has. I set it up the night before so that I can immediately pour a cup first thing in the morning. On days I forget to set it, I have the k cup feature to get me through until I can get a pot brewed.

Decent dual use coffee make if you have the need for that and don’t want to pay twice as much.So far this coffee maker is pretty good. I am able to make a pot of coffee to fill a thermos for my handicap mother in the morning before I go to work but have the convenience of single k cup use also. Obviously it’s loads of plastic and a basic design but it works well. It comes with a removable k cup port so you can use the included single use coffee ground filter instead if you have ground coffee you like to use on your own. So at end of the day it is a trio of uses. K-cup, single use ground and pot brewing. Single use has its own removable tank and brew side is lime a traditional coffee make.

Only two tiny complaintsI love the layout and u analytics live that I can make a single cup or a full pot. There are two things that I’m not a fan of… 1) you have to add water every single time for the single serve. You can’t just choose a size and have the water reserved. 2) the single serve table atleast a minute to a minute and a half to start brewing once you hit start. I always have to walk away and do something else… and as a mom, remember that it’s there 45 minutes later lol but I still like the machine itself and keep it.

Good productThe tip that goes into the pod that feeds water will clog with coffee and will not flow. You have to remove the part every other time or so and use a toothpick to unclog it or water will not dispense. I set the timer for pot brewing for work and my wife uses the pod side. Very convenient it’s a great product.

Reservoirs in back of unit. This is a well made machine, and works well. It is easy to use, and it’s great to have the carafe option. The only drawback us that the water reservoirs are in the back of the unit. That’s important to know before you buy, so you can plan the machine’s location. Ours is under a cabinet, so we have to pull it forward to add water each time before brewing.

Coffee maker has it allI purchased this coffee maker because you can use a coffee pot and also make single serve coffee with either coffee grounds or coffee packs. Its very easy to use, programming is easy and brews great!I originally thought the single serve did not come with the original packge but it came under the cup rest in the coffee maker.I am very glad with this purchase.

I love this coffee maker!I have been buying this brand since I started drinking coffee, a few decades ago and they still make great coffee makers. I replaced my 6 year old non-carafe coffee maker with this one and it allowed me to get rid of my K-cup coffee maker (yes, I had two). I use the other side to make hot water for tea sometimes.I’m still getting used to having a carafe again, but so far I love this coffee maker.

Great buy!I love that this machine does not preheat as it heats on demand. Just pop the pod in, press the button, and off we go. It seems more compact than my original large Kurig machine. This surprised me since I thought it would be larger. So far there is nothing that I do not like about this machine. It brews quick and the coffee taste good because the water vs coffee is correct portions. Some people say it is noisy. I guess this does not bother me as I figure any machine will have some noise to it. It is not over bearing loud though.
