Bought it to travel with…max mug height 7.125″ with drip tray pulledEdit 8/25/22: Keurig’s own travel mug says it doesn’t fit the K-Mini Plus, but I found that the Thermos Stainless King Travel Mug does. Exactly the max height to fit with the lower tray pulled. It will touch at the top, but it does fit.I’ve had it with hotel room coffee makers, questionable cleanliness and getting one of those tiny drip makers that are never any good. I also don’t want cheap k-cups, not to mention decaf(!) coffee of all things instead of something decent. I’m bringing my own supplies now!I bought this due to its minimal size and it seems built to be fairly portable. The container that slips in the front holds 9 k-cups, saving a little packing space. The cord fits inside the back and you don’t have a side mounted water tank to deal with. I prefer my Bunn My Cafe, but I wouldn’t risk that on a trip. This is even smaller, about half the width of the My Cafe, but slower functioning. Similarly, this has an option for a slightly slower brew for stronger coffee. Coffee quality is good for a k-cup. The stronger brew option adds about 30 seconds to the process, which is otherwise about 2:40. If the coffee maker has been unplugged and is cold, it may take closer to 4 minutes for the first cup due to the heating tank being room temp. When I was considering this, there wasn’t much info about what the tallest travel sized mug would fit. With the removable lower drip tray pulled, you get a space of 7.125″.Looking forward to trying this out on my next road trip! Would be nice if there was a built in way of securing the k-cup storage bin and the water tank for travel, but that can be dealt with.

Very good, especially given the discountI got this for my office, which is a small space. This fit perfectly into a nook by my bookcase. I use it for a quick cup of coffee between meetings. I’m happy with it. Current price is $109.30 (Nov 2022). I advise waiting until the price gets deeply discounted. I got mine for about $60. I also use reusable keurig cups, so that the waste is minimal. You can get 6 for about $10, and I buy my own coffee. The link for the reusable cups is here: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KJUC2JC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Enjoy!

Compact and cuteMy old keurig died after having it 10 years so I needed a replacement. I love how cute and compact this one is, and it’s perfect for my lifestyle. I’m the only coffee drinker and have two cups a day so it fits my needs. The reason I have it four stars instead of five is that mine seems to spray a little coffee while brewing. So there’s a few splash marks to be wiped up after brewing. Not a big deal since I wash the counter regularly but enough to bring it down one star.

Some pros, some consI have had the Mini Plus for a couple of weeks. I am still learning how to make it work correctly. Sometimes, the water runs out of the reservoir and everything runs smoothly. Other times, there is no brewing. I try to use exactly the right amounts of water, but I think it best to use a bit more than 6 or a bit less than 12 ounces or somewhere in between. The machine seems to be very picky that way.I find that I have to drink the coffee right after it has finished brewing; it cools very quickly without a keep warm feature. I understand that it’s size and cost preclude extra features. II very much like the strong feature, although it does take more time to brew, but that’s okay with me. I also find that the coffee splashes on the counter and behind the mug I use. Even after the coffee has brewed, the machine often drips into the bottom tray, even when the pod is removed.Having said all that, I do like the small size of the machine and its overall performance except for its pickiness about the amount of water used. I am hoping that I will adapt to its idiosyncracies very soon.I also like that I ordered it about a month ago, before the price rose changed from 60 dollars to 101 dollars.

Important Warranty InfoApparently, the warranty is 1 year from the date received. My first Keurig Mini lasted 2 years, and my second one quit after only 5 months, well within the warranty period. Here is important warranty information that I have learned. If you follow their directions *explicitly* you’ll get a replacement — but don’t deviate, even a little bit. Keurig’s warranty support is apparently in a different country where logic is not their strong suit. If you deviate even slightly, they will deny your warranty claim.I was instructed to email them a PDF of my Amazon order for my Keurig, and also attach two photos of the coffee maker. One photograph was to be of the serial number and the bottom of the coffee maker. The second photo, the coffee maker itself, and this shot must include a handwritten note containing my name, the current date, and their warranty request number.Sounds easy, right? So, I did as requested. But since my handwriting is nearly illegible, I used my computer to print the note, and then I signed it and dated it with a pen.My warranty request was denied. Their email included a list of possible reasons. None applied.Since I was confident that I had followed their instructions, I called their support number. Once again, I spoke with a very nice person who, judging by her accent, probably lives in a different country. When she checked the status of my warranty request, she informed me that my photo of the coffeemaker had included a printed note along with my handwritten signature and date. Apparently, that’s a no-no. They had instructed me to send a “handwritten note.”So, I tried again, this time including a chicken-scratched note in lieu of the one that was both computer-generated AND handwritten. This second request was successful. I promptly received an email telling me when my replacement would be shipped and its expected arrival date.Throughout, Keurig customer support was very polite and helpful; impressive in that regard. But they do require odd precision in regard to their warranty.

Quick & EasyA quick and easy way to have affordable coffee at home. This is perfect for people who live alone & don’t make tons of coffee. I have a cup every other day or so. It can keep up with more use, I just found this price to be more reasonable since I didn’t need a larger coffee maker.

Easy to use, makes good hot coffee quickly. When the coffee is filling the cup, it splatters, but easy to wipe clean

Must add over 6oz of water.I like to use 6oz of water when brewing drinks to add a strong flavor. This Keurig machine will only function if you add 6 1/2 or 7oz of water. Advertisement states, “Any size from 6oz – 12 ounce”. I thought my machine was defective and requested a new one. The new one also must be filled over 6oz of water in order to activate the brewing process. I love it and will stay with this simple coffee machine. Minus one star for not brewing 6oz of water as advertised. The water on my Chulux coffee machine creates too much steam which causes water loss; So I have to add extra water to compensate. In addition, taking about over 8 minutes to brew. Cross my fingers and hope that the new Keurig machine last years to come.

PERFECT 💖I really liked this slim Kurig pot. Coffee is excellent and only uses a third of the space needed for my old pot.
