Love!This gets used about 4-6 times a day in my house and I’ve had no issues. I love grabbing a fresh cup of coffee any time I want, and it’s slim enough to barely take up room. I do wish the water container could be a bit bigger, but I intentionally got a slim machine for my limited counter space, so I will deal with it, but if there is a con, it’s that I have to refill it every third cup.

Quick, easy, and reliable.So far I have zero complaints. It is so fast with no warm up time. Hit go.. it goes. I’ve only had it for a month or 2 and so far I haven’t had to clean it (it alerts you when it’s time). Even the iced coffees are good. Highly recommend.

Don’t think, just buyI love it I love it I love it!!! My wife and I loveeee iced coffee year round but hated always having to go out for it. I used to make it by the pot and leave it in the fridge but then you’re stuck with one flavor. This is game changer. Everyday we can have our own different coffee hot or iced. Big misconception is it brewing cold. No. It stills brews hot but A LOT less hot than a normal cup. So once you add ice to it it cools down super quick and the ice doesn’t just melt away. Literally amazing
