Very good brewer with a single noisy flaw.This was a great upgrade to my old Keurig coffee maker. Simply open the lid, put in a new pod and it starts making coffee a few seconds after pressing start. There is no warm up period. The water reservoir is easy to fill while also easier to maneuver. It makes coffee more quietly than my previous Keurig maker.The only downside is how loud the lid is when I close it on a new pod before brewing. There is a LOUD popping/snapping/click noise whenever I close the lid. I have a guest room next to the kitchen and, due to that loud cracking sound, I can’t use this Keurig if someone is sleeping in it.

Love it. But don’t fall for the extra flavor from more streams nonsense.It’s great. It makes good coffee, no problems. The extra streams doesn’t make the coffee taste any better though or add any flavor to it. It’s just a marketing ploy. I fell for it. Still…I’m happy with it.

Good warranty serviceHad this brewer 13 months and after a descaling, it wouldn’t start up again. I called Keurig support and spoke to a terrific agent. She took me through all the trouble shooting steps. No joy, but she authorized a replacement unit even though this unit was past warranty. Moral of the story: shop Amazon as they make finding receipt of purchase easy.
