Good Quality, Great Price!This little coffee machine is amazing! I was going to buy a $1,000 dollar one but, this one did everything the super expensive ones do. I did a ton of research, and this machine was rated the highest. When it was delivered, not going to lie, it was a little overwhelming. I watched YouTube videos to check on which settings to use. Once you have that’s down you are good to go! I purchased my flavors at homegoods. Beats the high priced coffee from Starbucks!

It is worth the extra money!We went on a vacation to the UK and had delicious lattes every day. It was something I didn’t want to give up. I had a basic original nespresso machine at home so I tried to dust that off and use it but, sadly, it was broken. So then, do I buy the original again or upgrade to this one? After much pondering I picked this one and it is GREAT. Perfect espressos and lattes at the touch of a button. Easy to use and easy to clean. I LOVE it. It is worth the money!

This is a good replacement for the latissimo Plus but short of perfect!I really like the machine except for a holdover flaw.. One thing I particularly like is that it dispenses the espresso first followed by the foamed milk. This gives one a CHANCE to mentally respond to the milk spout not being deployed (raised) to dispense the frothed milk INTO the cup rather than shooting it down the side of the milk container which makes a big mess of froth all over the lower part of the machine. Even though the sequence of espresso vs frothed milk is an improvement those of us who USE the machine still tend to get distracted and occasionally forget to raise the milk spot so that the machine makes a big mess like we sometimes experienced with the older model. If Nespresso/Delonghi could design in a feature that would not dispense the frothed milk if the spout is not properly deployed I would consider the machine to be perfect. Cleaning it up after it has dispensed the froth into the ridges of the base under the cup flowing back into the space under the water catch tray under the container into which used coffee capsule are collected is not a pleasant task that takes the joy out of making drinks with foamed milk.It seems that the solution of this problem should be well within the capabilities of the engineers who developed the machine and turn it into a perfect rather than a still flawed design!

Wow! Like Starbucks at home!I usually don’t make the time to write reviews. But for this machine I’ll make an exception. If you like Lattes, Cappuccinos, or just espresso in general then you NEED this machine! I used a home espresso machine & a milk frothing pitcher up until a few months ago. I never got a latte that was similar to Starbucks. And let me tell you, the clean up was a pain in the bootie. So a few weeks ago I went on the hunt for a replacement. I was thinking maybe I’d just get a bigger milk frothing pitcher. Well… you know how Amazon will throw those little suggestion ads as you scroll down? Well the Nepresso machine was there. Then I went down the rabbit hole looking at Nepresso. Well, this bad boy popped up. I looked at the price. And was like “Oh hell no”. Then I kept looking & coming back to it. After watching a couple YouTube videos I was convinced I needed it. A day later it arrived. And OMG I’m in love. My latte tastes like I have a barista hidden in my basement (which I don’t recommend because of the upkeep and legal ramifications).

Be prepared to have your milk frother stop workingWe LOVE this machine until the milk frother stops sucking up the milk to make what is the best part of having this machine.The first one lasted about 6 months. We kept the milk frother compartment to use in the future with the new one we bought on June 19, 2022. Today is August 4th, and neither milk compartment works with the machine. I can see the milk not being able to be sucked up into the machine to froth. Window to return closed July 19th. So, almost $1000 later considering the two machines purchased in the course of less than a year.

Best Early Xmas Present EVER!!!This is, BY FAR, THE BEST COFFEE I’VE EVER MADE AT HOME MYSELF. Don’t stress about what people have said in reviews about the cleaning of this unit. It’s not difficult & actually quite easy enough to learn / complete after 1st try. The coffee flavors are EXCEPTIONAL. I’ve already made Nespresso lovers out of a few of my fellow coworkers too. One of which didn’t even like coffee. There is NO WAY I would EVER go back to Keurig. That would be like comparing a 5⭐️ Coffee house with a glass of warm water. Completely worth the price & when you add in the recycling program Nespresso offers for free, that just sealed the deal. Do NOT wait on this little machine. Your coffee dreams are about to come true. 🥰 (Oh & Thank You Hubby for THE BEST EARLY XMAS PRESENT EVER 😘)

Great productI love this machine!! Makes a great espresso. Only downside is(and maybe I just don’t know how to program it) it makes a tiny cup of a latte or cappuccino. Like 4 oz. So I need to use 2 pods to make a full cup. Otherwise it’s great!

THE BEST !I only wondered WHY DIDNT I PURCHASED AN ESPRESSO MACHINE SOONER ??!!The best machine ! My husband and i are coffee addicts and i was thinking for awhile to stop buying coffee from coffee shops and make mine and im glad i did! Its literally the easiest machine to use. I kind of got nervous with the reviews that said it is hard to use, so i went to the official nespresso site and read the instructions before i received it so i was prepared! They are so easy plus they have videos as well! Not sure why people complain about the cleaning or how complicated it is to make it work.. its literally easy. People say its expensive but maybe they compare their cost to american cofffee if thats what they only drink. But if youre an espresso/cappuccino fan then definitely you will save money with this one ! Its day 3 and i found myself having like 3 double espresso/cappuccino a day. It doesnt take a long time and im glad i can have some caffeine in seconds! They have such a big flavor selection plus i made small (hidden)instruction for friends and family when they visit
