Great coffeeThis machine makes significantly better coffee than the Keurig. The only downside is the cost of the capsules- $1.25 versus 50 cents when buying Keurig pods in bulk. But much cheaper than Starbucks and no line or drive time. The capsule does not always drop into the used storage space. But this is quite minor as a simple touch with a finger drops it down. Overall, a great machine and makes coffee quite enjoyable.

For coffee drinkers, it’s awesomeI am not a coffee drinker, but we bought this for my wife. She LOVES it. If you buy the branded cups they give you a bag with a return label so you can send the cups back to be recycled for free.

Great Coffee!I had this coffee at a friend’s house. Bless me away. Foam every time on my morning at home coffee? Yes please! Delicious deep coffee flavors? Yes! Being able to recycle the pods back to Nescafe is a definite plus! Love this machine. Highly recommend for all coffee lovers.

Variety is limitedCoffees is not as good as the original. Do not like the separate frosted. Can only use their coffee .It is still much better than the K cups

WOW!I vowed I’d never ever have a pod coffeemaker because of it’s wastefulness. My son introduced me to his Nespresso coffeemaker when I was visiting him. The coffee was exceptional, but again, it was a pod maker and I wanted nothing to do with it. He showed me how the aluminum pods are returned to Nespresso with the used coffee in them. Then the pods are recycled into new products, such as a potato peeler and other wonderful items. The coffee is then composted and returned to the earth. Still, I wanted nothing to do with a pod coffeemaker, but I loved the coffee / espresso that evolved from it. Once back home, I kept remembering the flavor of the the coffee. I also realized I had purchased many coffeemakers recently in an attempt to restrict my consumption to no more than two cups per day due to gastrological problems. The coffeemakers just weren’t the same, nor was the coffee they produced. Well, I finally gave in and am eating my words because I ordered this unit when it was on sale, and I am in heaven! My other coffeemakers have been carefully stored away. It takes up very little space on my counter and it is attractive. The process of making an exceptional cup of espresso with perfect crema takes no more than a few brief minutes, and the kitchen smells so good – just like a bistro. I am so thrilled with this! I had read that very strong coffee does not cause as much heartburn as weaker coffee. Well, that is truth because I have not had any issues with heartburn after drinking this coffee ever since I bought it. And, it is fun choosing the different types of brews. I just sent a large bag of used pods back to Nespresso. By the way, it is no cost to you to do so. Simply drop the filled bag off at a UPS store or facility. I am now a devoted Nespresso user! Regular coffee doesn’t hold a candle to this stuff!!!

Buy it!!Price can be a bit intimidating but it definitely worth it. I’ll never look back. This is a perfect starter set. Comes with everything you need!!!
