Bought this ton cut apples 🍎 for my daughter. She likes me to peel them for her. I get to eat the peelings and core and she eats the meaty part of the apple. Very sharp and makes it easy to use. And its pretty!

My wife usually uses this to break up bones and stuff on chicken. And duck she didn’t want to because she said oh it super sharp I want to use it for chopping this other meat it’s a great knife will find out how it takes up chicken bones soon enough I’m sure

Ich schaue mich immer gerne etwas länger um. Lese viele Rezensionen und gebe auch gerne mal etwas mehr Geld aus für ein gutes Produkt, als ein Billig-Produkt zu kaufen und es 2 Wochen später wieder in den Müll zu schmeißen. Ich bin ein Hobbykoch und wollte schon immer mal so ein Hackmesser haben.
Ich habe mich im Endeffekt für dieses entschieden.
Und ich habe es nicht bereut. Den ersten Test den mal so als Hobbykoch macht. Das Hackmesser aufrecht stellen und ein Din A4 Blatt mit gaaaanz quasi fast keinen Druck runter zieht. Und das geht bei dem Messer durch wie durch Butter O_O
Ich benutze es inzwischen täglich und bin wirklich begeistert davon.
Ein kleiner Tipp: Ich spüle immer per Hand. Sollte man auch mit diesem Messer tun. Aber BITTE MIT VORSICHT!!! Das ist VERDAMMT scharf !!!!!
Ich war nach der Frühschicht immer noch nicht so richtig wach. Bin so am spülen. Führe den Schwamm drüber wie immer. Packe den Schwamm weg. Schaue aufs Messer. Da waren da noch so n par gelbe Punkte drauf. Ich greife wieder zum Schwamm. Und dann war ich wach!!!
Das Hackmesser hat beim leichten drüber führen mit dem Schwamm den Schwamm quasi skalpiert. Also bitte vorsicht beim spülen 🙂

Have not had the knife long but first impressions are only positive. I had purchased imarku 8″ chefs knife and was so impressed with the performance I decided to add the paring knife. The knives are comfortable to hold and give good control, sharpness is also only positive. If they hold up and don’t need sharpening after few uses will most likely invest in a set, it was other customer reviews that helped decide to purchase.
