Ya tenemos casi un año utilizando estos cuchillos en el día a día y nos han funcionado a la perfección de hecho no se ha perdido casi nada del color y siguen con bastante filo. Me gusta que tengan la cubierta ya que los ponemos en el mismo cajon de los cubiertos y esto evita que nos podamos cortar por accidente o que se dañe el cuchillo o pierda filo.

Love these knives, they are very beautiful but BEWARE, they are sharp as heck. I almost cut my thumb off. Granted I was trying to use one of them for home improvement reasons rather than food preparations. Whether you using it for food prep or fighting off an intruder? This knife is a PERFECT set

I have ordered 2 sets of these knives as gifts, and both people have been very impressed with the quality. Each knife comes with it’s own sheath which makes storing them easy and safe. I have used these knives myself for years. They are sharp and have stayed sharp. There is nothing more frustrating than needing a sharp knife and not having one. Both the price and the product are great! I definitely recommend these knives.

Por $380 no está mal pero… la base de los cuchillos es de plástico con un poco de rebaba en las uniones, apenas llegaron los cuchillos los tuve que afilar, y digo por el precio era de esperarse, pero están muy mal balanceados, sientes el peso hacia la punta. Compre estos cuchillos porque tengo uno de chef de la misma marca y me ha salido muy bueno. El santoku no tiene partes hundidas en la hoja entonces no están útil para picar. Y el cuchillo para pelar no es nada flexible, no ayuda en las curvas de la fruta, por ejemplo. Solo volvería a comprar estos cuchillos si no tuviera ningún cuchillo y estuviera apenas armando mi cocina (aunque a lo mejor ahorraría para comprarme un solo cuchillo de chef de mejor calidad).
