i like it but its taken time to get use to, its slim design is not what I’m use to but efficient very sharp.

This is the best paring knife I have ever used. It is sharp, stays sharp, touches up easily with a steel. Not too flexible, but just right. Makes easy work of the small jobs a paring knife should do. Oh, and priced really well. I’m ordering more of these.

Like any other Victorninox knife these knifes are excellent, they’re sharp as a razorblade and after 6 months of continuous they have barely lost some of their edge but they still retain excellent fantastic sharpness.

This is the 3rd paring knife I’ve ordered , just because I had been waiting for the yellow color . I already have the orange & may order the red at a future date.
I really love this little knife that does a BIG job with every paring task , apples , mangoes etc.
Easy to handle & the small size gives it a lightness for the task.

I saw this knife on one of the PBS cooking shows ( Cook’s Country?). I bought it because the parking knife I had was okay for assorted jobs but not great for actually paring. Well, the first time I used this, I cut myself. Don’t even ask how– it was stupid. But I’ll tell you, the knife is literally razor sharp. Use it with care. But yes, do get one and do use it. It’s an excellent little knife.

First off we love the orange color because it easy easy to find in the drawer with knives with black handles.
I do not put in dishwasher. We find that after hand washing and drying that it is easily sharpened with pull-through v-grooved sharpener. It takes a few seconds and appears as sharp as when new. 2nd such knife and happy with both.

If you want or need a paring knife, this is a nice one. It’s easy to hold and to handle, the knife is sharp, and it does what a paring knife is supposed to do. My 91 year old mother in law loves it.

Really. It cuts grapes, tomatoes, literally everything perfectly. Buy one for everyone you know as a gift and their lives will be forever changed for the better.
