This makes a great wedding, anniversary, or any holiday gift and eliminates the quandary about what to give from then on. Pair it with a nice cutting board and you never have to worry about what to gift again, just say cheese. You probably would not buy one of these for yourself but you should and whoever gets it will love you for it. By the way, it is the best tool for cutting tomatoes also. Who knew, now you do.

My wife and I really enjoy charcuterie boards and cheese generally but got tired of the wire cheese slicer wire snapping on us. We are hoping this knife will give us years of faithful service.

I bought one cheese knife for myself and one for my son for his 30th birthday. We both love them!
They fast become your “go-to” knife for EVERYTHING – awesome with cutting tomatoes too 😉

Now I can easily and one handedly get cheese slices as thin as I want!

Well it looked like it was going to be a winner but as soon as I put it in my hand I found the handle pretty darned uncomfortable. Worse the blade is serrated and thick. The serrations are not small ridges either but pretty aggressive. For cheese? Why? Cut really poorly like a butter knife when I first used it. I sharpened it and even though it was really sharp it still did not cut cheese well. Soft or hard it was really bad. Let me just say ALL my normal knifes are better as a cheese cutter. Blade needs serrations removed and to be 1/3rd the thickness. Closer to a razors thickness than a hunting knife. Its thickness is nowhere near either but it should be say 3 stacked double edged safety razor blades thick.

The interior shapes on this knife were poorly cut/stamped. The edge was roughly cut (to the eye) in one of the holes, and you cannot run your hand or a cleaning device (without receiving lacerations) across the “flat” side of the blade because sharp edges stick up around the edges of the holes where it was punched through. Poorly made for the price.
