Good product but Amazon shipping is the WORST INCOMPETENT.Did anyone think through putting unwrapped ceramic spoons in a large open box or are they overworking and mistreating their workers so much they can no longer make use of common sense? This was a gift and I bought the last one and it arrived as described with one of the spoon tops broken off. Luckily it was only one. I glued it back together and hopefully thats enough but I am considering seeking a refund since my product was clearly mishandled via neglect. Be careful this season.
