Love theseThese are great quality measuring cups, my second time getting this brand. I really like them and when you are baking and need more of the same cup you used it’s just easier to have a second set. Highly recommend.

They tip overOf course they measure and go thru the dishwasher with no problems. The issue is that unless there is something in the measuring cups, they tip over, and forget about stacking them in a cupboard. They tip right over. I have to lay them on the side. Sometimes even when filled, the ⅓ and ¼ tips over so that’s a lovely mess to clean up. The handles are too long and heavy.

Great measuring cupsI generally don’t like to use plastic because of all the chemicals that can leach, but after trying several high quality (and expensive) stainless steel sets and finding them unsatisfactory (most have handles that have been attached, so the flour gets caught in the grooves and one set I tried had handles too short to use) I tried these because I liked all the odd sizes included and they are the best I have tried. I bake all my own bread, so I use these at least a couple times a week and have used my original set since November 2007 and they are still in perfect shape. I don’t use the measuring spoons because there are some great stainless steel ones available, but the price is so low they are still a good deal. The measurement markings haven’t faded at all and the handles are nice and long, making them a lot easier and more comfortable to use than most measuring cups that have significantly shorter handles. If you do use the measuring spoons the 1/2 Tbsp is a useful size to have, but it would be nice if it had 2 tsp also since it’s one of the sizes I use most frequently.

Pros and ConsPros: they are accurate in measurement, clean easily, labels are clear to read.Cons: The clip to keep them together is a hassle as you have to remove the measuring spoons or cups to get to the one you want. Once measuring cup is filled, the handle off balances the cup and it tips back wards spilling liquid contents.

Do not sit flat when empty, or even full.My goal was to replace my 30+ year old set of Tupperware measuring cups, simple right? The three things I looked for were accurate measures, flat tops for easy leavening when measuring dry ingredients and being made out of plastic, these cups fulfill those. I should have looked for one additional requirement, being able to sit flat on the counter without tipping. The handles on these cups are so heavy that when you try to set them down they tip. This makes it difficult to pour ingredients into the cups. You have to have one hand holding the cup and one hand handleing the ingredients. I filled the 1/4 cup with flour and it still tipped s means that once you hand measured the ingredient you can’t set the cup down until you have emptied it. I never realized how often I did that until I started using cups that don’t set level. My wife said that finding a replacement for those old Tupperware cups was going to be difficult because manufacturers don’t think about design and function any more. I guess she was right. These cups work but if the handles weren’t so heavy so they sit level they would be perfect. The spoons are fine, I took them and flattened the bottoms on my bench sander so they sit flat and don’t wobble when sitting in the counter.

Perfect measuring cups, little spendyWe paid $18 for these measuring cups but we honestly couldn’t find another set of plastic cups that looked this good. Price was more than we wanted to pay but these measuring cups are perfect if you want plastic set instead of metal, the shape of them is great, sizes won’t wear off. Only complaint is the ring they come on is super flimsy and is an odd shape, wish it was just a round ring.

So easy to read!!!I have been looking for about 3 years for measuring cups I could actually read. These fit the bill exactly. And they have such modern clean lines with no rim on the cup ! And love the fact there are 6 cups. Many sets only come with 4.

I like the set butThese are nice measuring cups but the holder is cumbersome to work with . A ring would have been better so that you could sort the cups to the one you want and remove just that one. This ring doesn’t allow that.
