AccurateWorks as intended. I used my digital scale to weigh the amount of yeast a level scoop yielded, and it was 7g as it should be.

Beautiful but how to display?I bought this yeast measuring spoon because I’ve wanted one for ages and bake frequently with yeast. I was going to buy a rather plain one from a flour company for $3.95 but I couldn’t handle the $5.95 shipping fee. The Amazon spoon is beautiful but more luxurious than I had in mind. I’m sure that I will enjoy it and the total cost is about the same.
