Tovolo Better Batter Tool

The Tovolo Better Batter Tool is the answer to all of your batter challenges! It is ideal for stirring sauces, mixing batter or gravy, and even breaking up ground meat. The thick blades mix the ingredients quickly to avoid over-beating which produces a lighter, fluffier cake. The 12.5″ Better Batter Tool has tapered silicone fins to scrape the sides of the bowl clean, so there is no need for a separate spatula. The silicone head has a long-lasting, stain-resistant color and is heat resistant to 600 degrees F, so this tool works great for cooking on the stove-top as well. It has a stylish 18/10 stainless steel handle and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
