Well MadeThis is very well made, but the manufacturer needed to put a bit more thought into it. The needle portion is nice and long at 5 1/4″. The problem I see is because of the hole locations. The last set of holes from the point are a full 2 1/2″ out. This means you have to insert the needle a minimum of 2 3/4″ to cover all the holes. Lots of things you will want to use it on are not that thick. I fixed this problem quite easily. I use a length of electrical heat shrink tubing to cover up the last 2 sets of holes. Now I only have to go a little over 1 1/4″ to cover the holes. I don’t know If Amazon will let post a link to a picture, but I am going to try. If it works, you can see my repair. You can also see little dimples on the holes I covered. Very nice – just too many holes. Well, I cant post the link, so if toy want ti see it, you will have to copy the line and paste it to your browser.http://i1085.photobucket.com/albums/j425/moreover1/cover/needle_zpsb578c943.jpg%5B/IMG%5D%5B/URL%5D

A must-have kitchen toolThis is the first injector I’ve had that didn’t leak and make mess. I don’t know if the photos show it well enough, but the needle is long with lots of outlets. I’m actually able to spread the marinade around, rather than just having pockets of marinade surrounded by bland and dry meat. I even took the needle off and used it fill canolli. It’s versatile. The barrel is also of a big enough diameter to actually clean it. It was easier to use with my bad hand than the little plastic ones, as well.

best choiceThis Fox Run injector from Amazon is a large and well built injector that works well.Previously, I bought several other plastic brands that end up cracking, don’t waste you money with them. For my money this was the best choice.

FAIRI AM VISION IMPAIRED, AND WHILE THIS PRODUCT IS WELL MADE, I AM PROBABLY GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP ME TO SHOW ME HOW TO GET IT TO WORK. I’VE TRIED TO PULL UP THE PLUNGER ON THE SYRINGE, BUT IT WON’T BUDGE. MAYBE I AM DOING IT WRONG.BUT IT DOES APPEAR TO BE WELL MADE.
