What a helpful tool !!!I am very pleased to make this great purchase. If you like to cook like me, this is a very helpful tool for you! For instance, when I am making meat dishes, like shishkabobs, leg of lamb, or just a nice thick juicy steak, before cooking meat I like to marinade it. I believe that meat tastes best when there is a little marinade involved. Besides marinating it from the outside, this tool makes it easy to add some of the marinade inside the meat. I tell you, the end result it finger licking good!!! I highly recommend this device only if you are passionate cook and you want your dishes to be at their best.

Marinade Injector produces Many ComplimentsI bought the Injector to use on a Pork Loin for Thanksgiving dinner, or I should say feast..LOL My fiancée’s family consists of about 53 people, and they all come for Thanksgiving dinner; there was “Fried Turkey” ( 2 of them ), a Spiral Sliced Ham, a regular Baked Ham, and my Injected Pork Loin.. When the “smoke had cleared”..so to speak..there was lots of turkey & ham left over, but ALL the Pork Loin was gone..even the drippings.. They loved the flavor and tenderness the injector provided, along with my marinade mixture. It proved it self, I am very satisfied.

Perfetto!!As an aspiring cook, I was dreaming of making the perfect brined chicken with flavor oozing from everywhere. This helped me do just that. For Thanksgiving, I cooked chicken instead of turkey and I injected my marinade in the breasts mostly,It was delicious and well flavored inside and out.The opening is big enough so that you can include some small herbs in your marinade. One down side though is that you need to have enough marinade to put in a deep bowl to be able to aspire it into the injector. Otherwise it won’t go in and it will create a mess.

You Need To Wear ProtectionFortunately I watched a YouTube video on how to use marinade injectors before I tried out this injector! It will squirt out the marinade. So wear appropriate protection, cover the turkey/chicken, whatever, with plastic wrap, and then stick the injector in far enough that the hole is inside the meat before you “shoot”

Good QualityI tried this item to inject flavoring into roasts and large meats the problem I have is I like to inject herbs into my meats and I found that it doesn’t do well with any leaf like herbs such as parsley, rosemary, thyme etc… I clogs easily and become a nightmare to clean out however it does store well the needle fits safely inside the chamber when you are not using and the product is of good quality it was just not what I was hoping for.

Very Nice!Works Like a champ! (We also used it for our trunk and treat at halloween. Our car was decorated as an ambulance, so the injector was our hypodermic needle to surprise kids. We did make sure to keep the plastic tip on the injector at all times so there would be no accidents.

Works for unorthodox applications too.I am using this injector to inject specialized worm drive grease into plastic vials for long-term storage and it works great. Naturally I am not using it as intended and I have no idea if it works good as a flavor injector. I would say that it probably does, as long as it is used right. I would make sure that you use a cloth or something around the injection point so you don’t get back-jetted with liquid flavoring!

Great for injecting marinade in chickenGreat for injecting marinade in chicken. Alittle difficult to clean but most flavor injectors are. Will be purchasing next holiday season for stocking stuffers.

GREAT InjectorThis works well with chicken and pork. I have not yet tried it on tough cuts like Brisket, but I believe it is up for the task. The holes in the needle are loge enough for most rubs to pass through, although I grind mine fairly small. The size is perfect for fitting in your hand. I plan on buying another one for back up.

Nice and handyWorks like a charm! I’ve used this several time and it is great. I’ve injected turkeys with butter and finely ground herbs as wells beef broth in a brisket. The needle is the appropriate size and the amount of liquid it can hold at one time if adequate.
