The only negative is the amount of meat left in the unit. I just make a couple of patties and fry it up. Not a problem because all stuffers of this type does the same.

Four overall stars. This thing is amazing and massively reduced the time it took to stuff 15lb of Goa sausages. Did it all in about an hour and a half. My impressions in no particular order:
The stuffer is incredibly sturdily built.
The button legs were hard to get into the holes on the base so I didn’t bother. But whether the thing would have been more sturdy with the legs or not, who knows?
Whole thing came fairly oily. My wife wasn’t happy with the oil stains on the box. But it smelled fine. Had to take it apart and thoroughly wash the cylinder and plunger.
No instructions on how to take the plunger off. Edges are sharp so I cut myself and then figured it out.
Plunger gasket seems like it will eventually break. How do I get a replacement?
Stuffer probably needs two people to load and crank. I managed myself but it was difficult esp since I was stuffing 0.5-0.75″ sized meat pieces.
Pretty easy to clean up after use. Not sure how to clean inside the gear case. Take it apart? Feels like it’d be too much work to do that.
Overall liked it. Except for some literal rough edges.
Gonna have fun with this thing.
Update: 2/8
The gasket started leaking pretty horribly. Had to stop every min or so and clean it out. Also there is a design flaw. When the Piston gets past halfway down the tube, the whole tube starts tilting away because the driver flexes sideways. This accelerates the leak. Also got cut again yesterday as the metal edges are very very sharp on this thing. Will be returning it.
Update 2/9
I am dufus. I was using this incorrectly.
1. Was using the wrong size tube. Needed to go up a size to 30mm so the chunky sausage I was making could actually come through properly
2. I had the gasket on upside down. Make sure that the flared edge is down and the tapered edge is up.
I stand by the rest of my comments but overall this ain’t that bad.

Used it making deer sausage the last 2 deer seasons and it’s been good! Like it so far, zero issues!

This stuffer is so much better than using a meat grinder as your stuffer. It is easy to use and clean. I only had it about a month now and have made four batches of sausage. This stuffer is well built and I’m looking forward to using it to make many more sausage batches in the future.

I love this sausage stuffer! My uncle actually had one that I used with him prior to me purchasing this one. It does the job really really well. I’ve attached some photos of some venison / pork snack sticks. I stuffed these by myself – approximately 6 pounds in 2 hours. All 6 pounds fit in the hopper. It was easy to crank with one hand and hold the casing with the other. It gives a nice mechanical click when cranking which feels very very professional. It’s a smooth operator! What else can I say? It worked fantastically.
The only small issues I had was there was no real description of the air valve in the manual. After reading other reviews I realized you just have to make sure there is enough spring in it to allow air out of the hopper. Also, you will have to clean it after use so when you take it apart, make sure you look and see how it goes back together. It’s so simple a caveman could do it 😉 The other small thing was the platform was not super level – it wobbled which kind of annoyed me. I simply put a rubber band between the base and one of the feet and it worked like a charm.
The issues I noted above are minuscule and some people probably wouldn’t even post them but I wanted to be honest. The stuffer as a whole is an easy home-run and I highly recommend it!.

Smaller than expected. Horns that come with the unit are to big to use for breakfast/pepperoni sausages. Already bought replacement horn and it doesn’t fit in the oversized pocket on the bottom. Leaves a lot of meat behind since pocket is so big.
UPS charged an extra $93 when it was finally delivered – brokerage.
Between the wait time(3 weeks), high price(exchange rate, shipping and UPS charge), the overall size, smaller tube horn doesn’t lock in, its not worth it. I’d return it if I hadn’t already paid for all the brokerage!

This sausage stuffer is no joke. So easy to clean up. Operating by one person is very easy. It’s just the right weight to sit on a table top and not have to be clamped down. I’ve been using a 2.5lb stuffer for quite some time. Upgrading to 7lb’s was a easy transition with this equipment. I highly recommend this product.

Extremely high quality. Very much a commercial tool, and easy to clean.
I work in a commercial kitchen and I’m used to items like this costing considerable amounts of money.
I’m really glad I purchased this one over the LEM. The cost difference was quite a lot.
I’m also quite pleased I didn’t go for the larger size.. The unit is pretty enormous for home use.. I’m not sure I have a cabinet large enough to store it. (it lives on a shelf in the garage, as it stands nearly 3 feet tall if you store it with the plunger not compressed in the container).
I figured with the higher speed to reset it, it would be no trouble to reload anyway, should I have very large batches to get through. (As it turns out I never use the second speed. It requires much more force to turn it, the low speed is no big deal to rewind for reloading anyway and changing the handle over makes it more hassle than it’s worth while your hands are gross from sausage making).
I really like how the pieces can be stored inside the machine as well. I might find a breathable bag to hold them so they don’t ding up the inside.
Extremely pleased.
*Edit*
Now I’ve used it three times over the past few months, I noticed after bringing it in from the garage that it had a few rust spots on the frame, which suggests the frame isn’t stainless, only the container is.
A little disappointing. I’m going to try treating it with mineral oil and see how we go.. Could be worse. Still very good value, and works great.

This thing actually worked great. We pressed 50 lbs of sausage in about 45 minutes. Great
