not my favorite……..but i do like that it is stainless steel. The first time i used it, i did not oil it enough and half of my home-made pizza crust stayed on the pan. But that was my own fault, and i do like knowing that it has no toxic non-stick coating! Pans without non-stick coatings are hard to find I like the looks of the handles but they actually get in the way & provide another way to burn self on pan.

Much better than pizza stoneLove this! Pizza crust is crisp and it is so much easier to take pizza out of the oven than from a stone.

nice fire pit pizza panthis pan has held up pretty good over the summer, used for pizza, grilled veggies and even meat a time or 2.it does discolor after a few uses over the fire but this has no effect on its ability to cook on it. be sure and oil it and the dough and make sure the pan is heated over fire before putting the pizza do on it or it will stickall in all this is a pretty good pan for outside fire pit use the handles are sturdy and keep the food from falling off along with the tilted sides make it a nice addition to our summer cook out wear

5 stars would have been a better review. It IS a good productMAYBE 3.5 stars would have been a better review. It IS a good product, but gives you a couple “I wish”es.First, I WISH it came with sharp edge. Some reviews I read said this thing was “sharp”. Other complained it’s dull. I agree that it’s dull, BUT it’s a fine enough edge so that if you have a crispier crust it slices better because it’s more of a “controlled break”, as opposed to a proper cut. Softer crusts require several passes to get a clean separation. I plan to get a knife sharpener to see if I can get some clearer cuts – although I’m NOT sure how well the material will hold an edge.Second, the blade is 12” (as advertised), but I didn’t really think of what this meant. If you make a small to med pizza, it’s great. A large to XL pizzas are too large to cut clear across in one pass. It also is great for things OTHER than pizza (ie – hot/cold sandwiches, ect…)Third, this thing is (overall) made of a lighter material than I imagined. Lack of weight adds to the mussel grease you have to put in to make your cuts. Not that cutting a slice of pizza is very taxing, but the idea with this project is ease.Overall, I enjoy it. For

Perfect pizza cutterI kind of stole one of these from my mom some months back (long story), and boy do I love it. Far easier than using even a large, expensive rolling pizza cutter. Somebody mentioned that they didn’t think this was sharp. Well that’s true, it doesn’t have a dangerously-sharp edge (and I’m glad), but it takes almost no effort for me to cut through a pizza. Just push down lightly and rock back and forth once, maybe twice. And with the roller, I had to hold one edge of the pizza; because I’m so impatient on Friday pizza night, this meant the pizza had just come out of the oven and I always burned my hand. Now that problem is gone.Once I realized how great this was, and that my mom still needed a pizza cutter after all, I ordered her another one.UPDATE: I want to add that I have encountered certain pizzas that are more difficult to cut than others. Something to do with the crust, I guess. So it pays to let the pizza cool for a minute or two, so that, if you have to exert yourself a bit, you don’t plunge your hand into boiling-hot sauce. But I still maintain that this is the best pizza cutter I’ve used. The old roller model would have been even harder to use, and that requires you to hold on to the pizza as you make the cuts, so you end up with burned fingers.

Base is 11.5″ Actual Diameter is 12.75″Bought this to fit in my toaster oven. While the base is 11.5″, the overall diameter is 12.75″ The diameter with handles is 15.25. So, no. It doesn’t fit in my toaster oven. Planning on keeping it for the barbecue so no big loss, but it would have been nice to know it wouldn’t fit the toaster oven up front.

The best tool to cut a pizzaI bought this as a gift for my pizza-loving daughter to make cutting and serving pizza simple and easy. It is a single sheet of metal with one side rolled into a handle. The edge is sharp enough to cut pizza but dull enough so it won’t cut your finger or the cutting board. It has good balance and a simple rocking action cut cleanly through thick and thin pizza. I bought the Calphalon Nonstick Bake-ware Pizza Pan to bake pizza to a crispy crust and the Mr. Pizza 08215MPA serving board to cut it on. Frozen and fresh pizza cook great on the nonstick pan and and slides right off onto the Mr. Pizza cutting board. I wanted the board so I wouldn’t scratch the nonstick pan with the pizza cutter. They work great together for baking, slicing and serving all kinds of pizzas.Together, the three simple tools turn cooking, cutting and serving pizza into a professional experience. Presented together as a gift, they are a great luxury item. No more making a mess with a rolling pizza wheel and I get eight identical slices.

Yes you want this pan.The pizzas cook up so good we have two! I grease the pan, when I’m done using them, I use the pizza cutter to scrape off the cheese on one side then throw the whole pan in the dishwasher. They come clean every time! No burnt cheese stuck in the holes. Fresh dough does well with a sheet of parchment paper under it.
