The hole for the sugar to come out is small, gets easily clogged up by steam.

Our children are almost in their 20’s now, and still haven’t mastered the art of spooning sugar from a container into their coffee cups without spilling it all over the countertop, floor, into drawers, etc. I wish we would have bought one of these for them to use decades ago, because it’s saved a lot of mess and frustration. Good quality item, just as you would see in a restaurant.

Apparently the US can’t even make these anymore. The metal screw off top on this one is pretty thin metal. The pour hole cover part seems extremely fragile. Not sure this is going to last long but by buying the two pack I’ll have a backup? Used to be you’d buy one of these that was made in the USA and it was rock solid, last a lifetime+. Your grandma would buy one while in her twenties and would have it all her life. Then she’d sell it in a garage sale when she got diabetes. Hopefully this one lasts a year…

I got tired of paying what I considered high prices for individual stevia packets and it is much cheaper to buy the sweetener as loose granules in larger packages at the grocery store. So I needed a dispenser. I got this pair so I could put sugar in the second one. Sadly, the metal tops aren’t much thicker than soft drink cans. Seriously. The little circular pour lids are held in place by bending a metal tab underneath the lid and the work is slipshod. Also, the lids can be a little hard to screw on. Still, the dispensers pour well and the price is ridiculously low. You get what you pay for. Because of this fact, and also because they work, I give them four stars for ease of use. But if you’re looking for a diner quality dispenser, you’ll do better to pay more.

Seem sturdy enough. Disappointed that one has a dent in the lid and no dent in the box. QC needs to be updated.

Everything was great but it arrived broken in the shipping but Amazon took care of that problem

The lid is a bit flimsy but the glass is decent. Works like it’s supposed to

They are ok. I thought they were bigger but that is on me. I should have looked at the size

These are basic. Just glass sugar dispensers like you use at your local cafe. Nothing special but perfect for what I needed. I have cinnamon
Sugar in one for the kids and Splenda in one for me. It dispenses both perfectly well. The Splenda flows well and neither of them clog at all! I love them!
