I’m in my 70s. My memory sucks. These timers are great!I read the many praised-filled reviews from people in the restaurant industry, and that’s why I bought two of these for home use. I’m in my 70’s and my memory absolutely sucks. I have things I need to do every 60 to 90 minutes (which is why I bought two) and these timers are a godsend! The product is light weight, accurate, and durable (I’m a klutz too). Absolutely perfect for my needs! Thanks so much.

Louder alarm was beneficial.Worked as advertised. To prevent overcooking when cooking or baking.

I am a Type 1 Diabetic and use the timers to make sure I know whether I have recently taken insulin.I am a type 1 diabetic. I have to take insulin at least four times a day from two separate insulin pens. There are times when I get the pens out but later cannot remember if I actually took the insulin when I got the pen out ordecided to wait until I had fixed my meal or if I had taken the insulin without thinking about it immediately. I now reset a pen as soon as I get it out so it reads 00:00 but is not running. When I take the insulin I start the timer going so I can look at the pen and if it reads 00:00 I know I have not taken insulin. If it reads anything else I know I have. I never put a pen back into my bag without checking that it is not on 00:00.

I have ADHD and I love this timer. When I first saw this timer, it looked small and flimsy. I was wrong. Many timers clip on, but the typical clip is held by a wire coil which quickly gets dislodged and is impossible to fix in a permanent way. This timer is about the clip and the little digital face that turns in a circle making it super easy to read from wherever you clip it. I keep thinking about buying a backup but I might lose it before I need it.

My husband clips this to his shirt when he has something in the ovenMy husband would put a self-rising pizza in the oven, set the kitchen alarm, then wonder away where he couldn’t hear the timer. I got tired of yelling to him that the alarm was ringing. He tried carrying the kitchen alarm with him (flat base and magnet back), but would always put it down somewhere and forget it. Of course I could hear the alarm across the house, but not him.I figured I should be able to find something to help. I searched Amazon for a light weight alarm with a clip to attach to his shirt pocket or collar. (Found 2) Voila! Problem solved and he loves it!! Has complemented me several times for this timer. It might not hold up to rough treatment, but as a clip-on it’s, light and works well. Highly recommend.
