THE BOWL IS NOT STAINLESS!The Bowl in NOT Stainless! The information on this product is incorrect. Only the exterior shell is stainless covered with thin plastic like film but the Bowl is NOT stainless. Its most likely aluminum and its covered with a layer of Teflon or some type of non stick material. Im sure its a decent machine but Im looking for a one with a stainless bowl.

Easy to useI likes the ease of use and the consistency of my ice cream. Also, I like that there’s a timer to let you know when the ice cream is finished. The reason for my 3 stars is the cheap plastic piece used to churn the ice cream. It’s very weak and came off twice during the churning process. It also started to jam because of the thickness of the ice cream. Lastly, the motor overheated during the last five minutes because the plastic was continuously jamming. Despit that, I can’t complain about the way my ice cream came out. I hope a replacement part is considered in the future for FREE.

Great ApplianceTalk about the ticket, this is it! No ice to fool with or rock salt. Just freeze your bowl ahead of time, pour in your favorite flavor and in less than 30 minutes you’ve got delicious, homemade ice cream!

Did not work right out of the boxI was excited to get this and try it. It is a nice looking piece, compact for a 2 quart size, and a known brand. East to assemble and to clean. The inner canister even froze very cold. But when I tried to use it, all of the lights on the display panel were functioning but the motor did not.

Pain in the buttThis thing is awful. Hard to use and clean, and doesn’t work right. The ice cream freezes really hard on the surface of the container and the middle never freezes. After you remove the soupy ice cream from the middle, you have to scrap the inside of the container to get the hard ice cream out of it, which scratches the container. I tried a rubber scraper, but couldn’t find one stiff enough to get the ice cream out. Because the ice cream freezes so hard and builds up on the container, it prevents the mixer paddle from moving freely and makes the machine bog way down. The instructions tell you never to turn the machine off during the freezing process, but it has a timer which you can’t adjust on it that only runs for so long and then shuts the machine off, before the freezing process is finished. This is by far the messiest machine I have ever used, you can’t get the container out of the machine after it’s done without spending 20 mins and getting covered in the soupy ice cream. Save your money!

Ice cream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream.Ice cream Maker works perfect. Makes ice cream in no time at all. Just have to freeze the cup prior to use. Other than that, there’s not much to say. I’ll be back later must have more ice cream.

Waste of moneyTerrible . It doesn’t turn the cream into ice cream, not cold enough.

Awesome productLove this product makes awesome milk shakes and ice cream. Just pour in all the ingredients and it mixes and makes the ice cream. I wish I could buy an extra tub.

Garbage productI bought a Frigidaire because of meme recognition. The rotor broke under warranty. I submitted the warranty to Curtis international. They have jerked me around for three weeks with nothing but delays an email telling me they don’t have the part. I have no idea how they’re in business with this type of product support. Do not buy something from Frigidaire and expect them to perform on the warranty. At best I can write them as cheap garbage.

HorribleWe tried using this machine and are very disappointed in it. First before you can make ice cream you need to freeze the tub for 8 hours. (No ice ceeam tonight), 2nd we froze the machine, added the mixture and before we could get it turned on the mixture began to freeze and the paddle wouldn’t turn. (going to the store to buy ice cream).
