Really goodI can’t get anything to stick! Nothing. So far I’ve used this for French toast, bacon and pork chops. All of them come out amazing. Bacon will not burn. It does take a little longer to cook as I’ve only gone as far as medium heat. I highly recommend

Cheaply MadeFor the price I was expecting that it would not be so flimsy. It worked well, but judging by the thinnest of the metal griddle and the plastic handles it won’t be good for the long run. Looks and feels like a use once and toss away (disposable).Bella makes the same item for half the price. even then its a bit high. Next time I’ll go to the store and handle each item to see how well it’s made. This unit should have sold for under $20.

Nice big griddle. Wish it came with a cover. This review is for: GreenPan Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, Extra Large 20″ Electric Griddle for Pancakes Eggs Burgers and More, Stay Cool Handles, Removable Drip Tray, Adjustable Temperature Control, PFAS-Free, BlackI had another electric skillet like this a while back, but it had a cover. I found that very useful. I make parmesan battered pork chops on a griddle and the cover helps retain the heat and cook the pork chops.I was kind of disappointed that this one didn’t have a cover. I will need to figure out something to use to retain the heat.Aside from that, the griddle is big, nice, and seems to be good quality. It heats up quickly and heats up fairly evenly. It seems that none of them really heat super evenly.Hope this was helpful.

Good griddleThis is a nice griddle. Compared to my presto griddle, it’s a bit smaller. But it’s easier to clean with the non stick surface. The only thing that I really don’t like is that the sides are pretty low and makes it easy to knock things over the side- like when trying to flip pancakes. Overall, it is a good, small griddle.

Light Weight, Space Saving, Quick Heating Griddle! An electric griddle poses something of a conundrum. Everything it does can be done in a pan or two, yet it offers the promise of speed and easy clean up. When I saw this griddle I knew what the answer was to this particular conundrum. I had to try it!This griddle is slim and lightweight, making it easy to store, move and clean. Those are big factors, because one simply isn’t going to use a griddle every day. We had a Monogram range with a built in griddle at our previous home. I can say that was fun to cook with but it took forever to heat up and was an absolute pain to clean. In comparison, this GreenPan griddle feels like a stealth bomber! It heats up very quickly, reaching 325 degrees within 3 minutes. Its surface wasn’t absolutely even temperature, but then neither was the 10 thousand dollar Monogram griddle. I found that it cooked four eggs faster than when using a pan. Make sure to have you prep done, because it can get hot quickly.Clean up was super simple. I just wiped it a few times. Storage was simple due the slim dimension of the griddle and its light weight. My only suggestion here would be that the maker adds a temperature gauge and to include a set of slim nylon utensils. It would be a shame to scratch this cooking surface, so nylon utensils are a most. Overall, this is a great griddle and would be fantastic for a family with kids. This makes cooking multiple eggs and pancakes a breeze, and everyone can eat together instead of waiting for batches of pancakes to be cooked. All of these qualities makes this griddle a good value!

not badnot a bad griddle at all, worked very well and heated up super fast.. great non-stick coating, not like your normal ones. It made egg and heated up 3 slices of Canadian bacon in less than 5 minutes and that was from time i turn knob to medium till finished cooking. perfect for when you want something quick without having to pull out pans to and all. I actually decided to get this because i got tired of having to remove the heavy wood block protector i have on top of my glass stove and having to make room on counter for it..So i did have an issue when first plugged it in, one of the prong things on griddle was apparently bent so when i plugged the cord piece to it the first time and turned griddle on, the ON light came on but, griddle never heated up. that is when i unplugged and looked at griddle plug-in area and saw the left prong was bent downwards and never got plugged into the cord thingie piece. after bending it back straight, it plugged into piece fine and everything worked as should.. I also had an issue on corner of the griddle, it has a raised slightly rough area as shown in pic, nothing that hinders using griddle and if it ever starts coming off, i will update review. My dislike is the grease catcher drawer, it is soooo cheesy and cheap!! light weight plastic and it does not lock/click into place, so when you pick up griddle and it leans towards you some, the drawer comes out. I ended up putting a piece of black electrical like sticker on it (shown in pic) so it won’t get loss when stored/etc..my likes are;how quickly it heated uphow easy it comes cleanthat nothing stuck to it at allhow light weight it is (perfect for older folks or those with weakness issues)do recommend but, there may be better options available with better grease drawers.

Good temps, mostly even heatingThis griddle heats quickly and gets quite hot. I monitored various areas of the griddle with a thermal gun during cooking. There were a few occasional hot spots but temperature variances were quick and tolerable. They mostly occurred during active heating. Once the griddle reaches the desired temp, heating is more evenly distributed and hot spots became less noticeable. It’s not quite as large as our last griddle but is capable of cooking large meals for families. The temperature dial has three settings (low, medium, high) just like our stovetop burners. although no actual temperatures are provided but the hottest my heat gun indicated was 420 degrees. Areas underneath the griddle become quite warm during use, so it’s best to use this griddle on durable, non-flammable surfaces or use a heat pad as the manual suggests. The nonstick surface works well and the griddle is quite convenient for cooking up a quick meal for the family. We can quickly whip up pancakes, bacon or sausages and eggs for four. Cleanup is simple like most griddles. Remove the heating element and wash. Doing so after cooldown of course, to prevent warping. Another difference from our prior griddle is that these handles are non-removable. They get washed along with the griddle. It’s a nice griddle. Feels slightly more budget oriented than I anticipated but performance is good. And the nonstick surface works fabulous. Can cook several different foods with minimal or no cleanup in between. Much more efficient than using frying pans and skillets.

Slick and lightweightThis is my review of the GreenPan Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, Extra Large 20” Electric Griddle. Mine came in with a few broken plastic pieces, but it doesn’t seem to be impacting usability. It sits sturdy on my glass stove top. This one interested me as it is a non stick that is PFAS free. I’m interested in how long that holds up, even with care of utensil. It is light weight, and not as thick as I thought it would be. The temperature control is continuously variable, but only says low, med, or high (plus off). They provide a card to say what setting to cook various items. That said medium for pancakes, and with my IR thermometer it was reading between 350 – 360 degrees F, just where I’d want it. Cooking 8 pancakes at a time I could see some variation in temperature in the way they cooked, with it seeming to stay hotter near the right side and cooler near the left. Some variation is to be expected. None of the pancakes stuck either, and that is without any butter or grease.I’m excited to try more with it. Right now I’m thinking of using it to make small pancakes to freeze then reheat in the microwave. Buying those in the store is convenient, but they aren’t always in stock, but the little kids want them regardless. That way they are quick and easy in the mornings, and I wouldn’t have to cook them every day.The only thing I do wish it had was holes in the handles to hang it up. That could help keep the surface from getting scratched in storage.

Cooks so evenlyThe media could not be loaded.
This griddle is so nice. I have owned several griddles over the years and the surface on this one is beautiful and It glistens. You really don’t need to use much oil at all, if any, for certain items. This griddle cooks very evenly and there is no need to go any higher than medium. The green pan products that I have used stay hot and keep their heat so you start on medium and lower too low in the last half of cooking.I feel good knowing the surface does not include the dangerous chemicals; we actually threw out all of our nonstick cookware years ago. I am happy to be able to have the convenience of nonstick cooking without jeopardizing the health of my family. This griddle toasts my gluten free bread to perfection. Gluten free breads are hard to brown evenly and my sandwich came out perfect on medium and low heat with just a little butter on the griddle beforehand.Another major plus is that this griddle is very lightweight and easy to clean. Definitely glad I chose the Green Pan Griddle. This will get a lot of use in our household.
