Griddle did an Excellent Job Cooking my Pumpkin Spice PancakesI broke my last griddle moving it. This one did an excellent job making pancakes. I had no issue with the griddle and baking with it. The nonstick coating was nonstick (I used no oil or spray). They cooked evenly and the temperature appeared correct. The low profile is a nice feature, and the heat shield underneath did prevent my countertop from even getting warm (at least at 350F. So far, I highly recommend it.

Great griddleThis griddle works great. Heat distribution is loke most griddles in that it is best around the coil but the non stick is awesome as is the size.

Love the size!Takes awhile to heat up. It doesn’t get as hot as I would like. Cooks slow but it is a great size and very easy to clean so I kept it!

NiceI’ve used many griddles thru the years – this is probably my favorite thus far. Large cooking surface. Heat distribution like everything with a bottom coils such as this, has hotter areas. Common with griddles, so ya learn to work within it.

Huge Griddle! Love it.I love the size. I love how streamlined it is. The legs are short, not long and sticking out like some others, so easily can fit in and be stored with my pans. Nothing to remove (except the power cord). We’ve used it to make smash burgers and all kinds of breakfast items. So great to be able to cook so many things simultaneously and only have one pan to wash. I’m able to fit: multiple burgers for our smash burgers or at breakfast I can have everything going at once: bacon, eggs, pancakes or French toast. You will love it. I only got it a week ago and have used it at least five times so far.
