Ideal for one person or two, this compact electric griddle with its 8-1/2-by-10-1/2-inch cooking surface cooks four fried eggs or two good-sized steaks. Coated with a slightly textured, durable nonstick finish, the griddle requires very little grease, thereby producing healthier food. For fattier meats like bacon, a built-in channel along one end catches drippings. When the griddle’s heat control is removed, the unit is fully submersible in warm, soapy water. The 1000-watt griddle plugs into any 120-volt outlet and automatically maintains temperatures ranging from warm to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Glad I orderedAfter alot of shopping around and reading reviews I ordered this griddle. I wanted something smaller for just 2 to 3 people. I was concerned it was going to be too small but surprisingly it was perfect size. I was able to cook 4 pancakes or 4grilled sandwiches with no problem. The temperature does get very hot very quickly so keep an eye on your food for burning. I seasoned the griddle before using and was a bit disappointed when my pancakes started sticking half way through and they were first thing I cooked. Otherwise I love it and glad I gave it a shot. I will deal with the possibility of food sticking.

Great Little GriddleThis is a great griddle for small kitchens. Easy to use, clean and store away. Can cook about 6 eggs or 4 regular hamburger Pattie’s or 2 grilled cheese sandwiches at a time. Highly recommend.

Perfect little griddle for breakfast on the boat!This little griddle doesn’t drain my battery bank on the boat and helps me quickly make breakfasts at sea. Works perfectly and is simple to clean. This size makes it easy to stow so it fits well with life onboard! In a house with full electricity, I’d probably like a little bigger one, but if cooking for 1-2 people it’s perfect! Great for car camping too, if you can find power.
