Best Griddle. No Smell!I have used many basic non-stick griddles over the years. After my last one starting flaking, I started researching a healthier option. I decided to go with this ceramic one and I’m so pleased! The first thing I noticed is that it has no smell when it’s hot. It’s so non-stick that I have to use a second spatula to flip food! Everything cooks very evenly. The texture of the griddle leaves a pattern on the food which is cool. It cleans easily and stores nicely.

Game changerI hate buying kitchen gadgets…that said, I just used this griddle for the first time and it is a game changer. Yes, there are a few spots that cook unevenly, but who doesn’t move their food around while cooking? I just cooked 1 1/2 pounds of perfect bacon in under a half hour. I will gladly pull this out for bacon day! Clean up was a breeze, too.

Good Griddle-Not a huge fan of the textured surface. IMOIt’s doing the trick but it’s not perfectly even heat. What I dislike most about it is that there is textured surface. My old one was smooth and I prefer that. I don’t feel like you get as nicely golden pancakes and fried eggs with the textured surface.

Great no-stick surfaceFirst time trying a ceramic-finish electric griddle. It’s great to cook on—needs no oil , although I have used a little butter from time to time for flavor. Temperature is easy to control. My only complaint is that it doesn’t heat perfectly evenly. This may be a thing with electric griddles in general. I’ve never found one that does. But this one is the best I’ve tried so far and I’m glad I found it.

It works very well. Our grandkids love my husband’s pancakes. Because of the size we can use one cooking utensil and the pancakes are all done at the same time.
