Works Perfect for RVs with 24″ wide and 15″ deep cabinet space.Bought this to replace the broken microwave in my RV. 24″ over the range microwaves are harder to find than I thought. I could not find a microwave that was as deep as the old model. All 24″ microwaves are 24″ wide, but my older microwave was much deeper, and the cabinet space it was designed to fit in was also deeper. So the new microwave was set-back 4″ too deep in existing cabinet space which is a problem because it requires a rear wall mount and the range vent is top vented and the door did not have enough room to hinge open. The fix was rather simple, I screwed two 4x4s vertically to the wall into the stud location and anchored the mounting plate to that. Its behind the microwave and you cant see it. Otherwise its a great microwave for the price. About 20 pounds lighter than the old unit, much more sleeker looking, and I dig the way the door opens. All and all, very happy with the purchase. Its a good microwave for the price, and matches the stove well. Brings a little modern touch to the 13 year old RV.To know if you’ll have issues or not having to shim the microwave out from the wall, measure the depth of your cabinet, if its around 15″ or so (normal) you should be good. If its deeper than that, then whatever that distance is, is the size of the shim. My cabinet stuck out 19″. I needed a 4″ shim.Good luck, its a nice, sleek, unit.I’m giving it a 5 star on install, its not the manufacture’s fault my cabinet was so deep.

Happy. Seems to be a good product so far.I like the microwave. We are using the microwave over a gas range in an RV. I would prefer that the Wall bracket attach to the top portion of the backside of the microwave rather than the bottom portion. This would give it more support. This microwave is designed to hang under a cabinet and our RV does not allow for that option. We are having to reinforce the hang with brackets from the top. The microwave is sleek. The LED light is very bright with a high and low setting. The fan vent is quiet but plenty Strong to vent odors out of our RV. So far my opinion is that I would definitely buy this microwave again if needed. My only complaint which does not reflect on cosmos is that I received it with a dent on the top. In fact I guess this is a plus for cosmos that it still works after UPS mishaps with delivery. However after calling Cosmos for two days now and only listening to their on hold music I have yet to speak to anyone there. Amazon has been my only recourse to report the damage and they are quick to answer like always.

Does what it needs to do but so BIG!We ordered this for our small kitchen and it works well. What we did not expect was the depth of the machine! It stick out about 2 to 3 inches out from our cupboards so the unit is BAM, in your face all the time.

Brand new and it rattlesI am so disappointed. Spent hours putting this up, only to find out that it rattles. Sometimes it gets noisier while on, then sometimes it gets quieter. When I tap on the inside of the microwave, on the side of the magnetron and fan, it rattles. (unlike my other microwave). So something is definitely wrong. So now it is another 2 hours to take it down and send it back to Amazon. I love the price and look of the microwave. But I won’t take a chance in getting another defective unit. It is just too time consuming to install. So unfortunately will need to choose a different brand. The rattle would just drive me crazy

NO WARRANTY IF USED IN RV!New unit purchased in April of 2021 and failed by September of 2021. Faulty screw holesStill trying to fix some defaults with the microwave.. when trying to install the parts on the microwave itself fell apart. I prepped everything and when I went to put the top mounting screws in so that it was fully mounted… the small parts that the screws goes into fell inside the microwave. There for it was impossible to mount….. thinking of returning and looking for a different brand. Has this happened to anyone else?

Pretty good value for the sizeMy microwave died and finding a reasonably priced 24″ unit was not easy. This unit looks good with a pretty simple instillation. DO remember to note the serial number for warranty before installing it as it is on the back of the unit.
