Great productThis product is wonderful. The oven cooks evenly and the food comes out great. This is perfect for our brother in laws adu place. It does get a little warm in the back on the bottom of the counter.

Don’t know yetI’m required to write a review in order to process the warranty. So I feel uncertain about giving it any better than a 3 star as I have only opened the box and want to register for a warranty to ensure it’s protected in case it does suck. It did arrive in tact and in good condition.

Features all in 1 unitI like all the features in a single unit. Hot plates can cook eggs & breakfast, oven for other meals.

Not very powerful. The eyes do not heat enough to boil. Just warms things up.

The burners take a looonnng time to heat. The controls are very confusing, the burners won’t get hot to cook. It took an hour to boil corn on the cob for dinner! The oven is okay, but make sure to watch your food or it will burn, the temperature control is not true to temperatures. It would be nice for camping or tailgating, but not for dependable cooking purposes.

Slow low temp Stovetop, completely random oven temps. No instructionsSo for my needs this kinda works. But the oven will always start lower than you need then keep getting hotter. It takes about 40 mins to fry an egg on both burners as it takes about 25 mins for the elements to heat up enough to cause discomfort placing your hand on top. That said since I needed something it is better than a candle or lighter.Thank God I got an insta pot as well. Great idea, not great execution. I feel like maybe it would work better with the original electrical for the country of origin.

Liked it for six months (updated review)Update: After six months of regular use (a couple times per week), the cooker started tripping our GFCI outlet whenever we use the stove top–about five minutes into using the burner, and at similar intervals as long as it was on, something (a surge in the draw?) would trip the outlet (no other appliances or draws were happening with the electricity at the time). Then, the oven starting shutting off after about five or ten minutes of use. I contacted the company (not all that easy–I had to hunt for the info), and they were responsive (sent emails asking questions, trying to troubleshoot, etc.), however, remodeling is hectic and I did not get around to sending the appliance in for service. This, of course, is not the company’s fault; still, an adjustment in the the star rating for the appliance itself seemed appropriate.Original: I bought this cooker to replace a toaster oven that died just as we had our kitchen torn down to the studs for a remodel. My intention was to use a slow cooker and toaster oven to manage for the next three months, but a crockpot alone? No. I read reviews for many different toaster ovens (thank you, Amazon community!), and decided to give this cooker a try. Having used it a number of times this past couple weeks (frozen pizza, homemade croutons, baked potatoes, fried eggs, etc.), here are my thoughts:Pros:-Great capacity – fits a frozen pizza without difficulty-Burners actually work really well, once you figure out how to use them-Outside gets warm, but still touchable–this is a big deal when you are working in a small space. And, has back bumpers to keep it an appropriate distance from your back wall.-Stops cooking when the timer goes off–another useful safety feature (I wish my dad had this when he was alive–I feared he’d burn the house down).-Neat little pan acts as an oven shelf, broiler pan, and drip catcher, depending on how you choose to use it.-Adjustable shelves-Rotisserie feature (which I may not use, but having the option is nice).Cons:-Instruction manual isn’t terribly helpful. Lots of safety information (good), almost no guidance on how the machine works (a learning curve shouldn’t be necessary–call it what you will, it’s a big toaster oven with burners).-Burners cannot be used at the same time as the oven–so plan accordingly.-I have no idea if you can control the temperature of the burners or not–for all I know, they are either “off” or “high.” It hasn’t been a problem for me, but you probably shouldn’t plan on cooking anything on the stovetop that requires great precision in temperature.-Temperature accuracy is questionable–I need to do a number of tests with an oven thermometer, but it seems to run a bit low.-Longevity questions–this isn’t a con yet, but a couple other reviews raised the concern. This will be true of any electric product, of course, but it’s still a legitimate concern when parting with hard-earned cash.I placed a

cut to size on the bottom for easy cleanup when I inevitably manage to spill/drip/explode a potato. I am really glad to have this during our kitchen remodel, and plan to use it for smaller tasks beyond.

5 stars for oven, 1 star for hot platesWe bought this to use in our basement while we were remodeling the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the oven is! It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and is pretty roomy. Some 9×13” pans fit inside but not all. We have made dinners, pizzas (small-medium size), cookies, and even a birthday cake. It’s great for heating up leftovers. I give the oven 5 stars!BUT…the hot plates are worthless. They just don’t get hot enough. You can technically cook on them but it takes forever. And don’t plan to boil on them. I placed some water on to boil for pasta salad and in the time it took to get to 212* I was able to make Mexican rice in my rice cooker, make black beans from scratch in my instant pot, prep all of my fruits and veggies for the week, get everything else ready for the pasta salad, and do all of the dishes. Then, even though it got to 212, it still didn’t boil. I gave up and threw the pasta in. It did cook but seriously took a ridiculous time. The hot plates only get 1 star because they are useless. Also, the controls are very strange and the instruction book doesn’t really give enough info on how to operate it. There was a lot of experimentation. If I had to live with this much longer I would have to find a better alternative to the hot plates. It’s a great oven though.
