Very well madeThere should be a standardized way to list dimensions: DxLxH. Some list only numbers, with no way to tell what order they’re in. This oven is well made, nice looking but the depth from wall to handle is more than any numbers listed in the ad. Didn’t fit, so returned unused.

So far so goodI’ve only had this for a few days, but it’s performed quite well so far. It looks decent, has a pretty good capacity, stays reasonably cool. Absolutely maddening to use, but I doubt if any of the others are better- they insist on putting these idiotic electric brains in everything; it would be so much easier with just on-off, temperature, and convection on/off controls, but we soldier on. I’ve tried a couple of the pre set programs; the “cookies” setting worked pretty well with a pretty average sort of dough; the “pizza setting” was less successful and took almost 20 min. for a thin crust pizza, but it may be as well as you’ll do with an oven that only reaches 450 degrees. The accessories that come with it are OK- a perforated pizza pan would work better than what they give you, and a cookie sheet or two would be great; then again, it’s gotten pretty hard to find a regular size cookie sheet, and most of what’s available is insulated (ie useless). Actually, the supplied pizza pan has embossed lettering so deep that it actually holds much of the crust away from the bottom of the pan, so that’s not so good. There is a sort of sheet pan (I thought for a while that it was the bottom of the oven. It is not, however, flat- there’s a large raised rectangle in the middle with embossed lettering, so it’s pretty much useless for baking. The big question with these ovens is durability, which of course I can’t tell at this point; the heating elements are metal rods, which are reputedly more durable than quartz elements, and the electronics seem to be pretty well protected from heat, but it’s hard to be sure. The glass door is hinged at the bottom; this is probably the most convenient for loading the oven and placement, but it does make it vulnerable if you drop or spill something while loading/unloading the oven. The signal buzzer is nearly inaudible from more than a couple of feet, so not very useful. The included accessories are solidly built but poorly designed, a surprise from this company.

Definitely not an air fryerWell this is sad to write because I looked for quite a while for this item which I thought would be just what I wanted. First the positives: it’s a great toaster. It toasts evenly and well. It also is a good little oven for the summertime as it doesn’t seem to get overly hot on the outside and I don’t have to turn on my big oven and heat up the kitchen in the summer. Negatives: It is certainly NOT an air fryer. I have tried both potatoes and sweet potato fries in this little oven and they come out soggy. Such a disappointment. Secondly, I have baked several frozen pizzas on the included “pizza pan” and the crust (both flour and cauliflower-based) is soggy, not crisp. Again, I expected much better. Third, the door handle is rather large and you cannot open the door and expect it to stay open to put something in or take something out. You always have to work one-handed as the other hand has to hold the door open. This is an odd feature that I’ve never experienced before in a countertop oven. So my parting words are: If you want a small oven that bakes and toasts, this might be your thing but if you really want an air fryer and crispy pizza, look elsewhere.

Great while it lastedI’ve owned this oven for a little over five years and have been pleased with all of the functions, and the facts that it both generated less heat in my kitchen and cooked faster than my regular oven. At one point, one of the knobs was sticking, but that was easy enough of a fix to overlook.Sadly, last night, it bit the dust with a flash and a pop, leaving only the smell of burnt plastic behind. This would have been a 5 star appliance, in my experience, but with a name like Delonghi, I expected it to last at least twice as long.

Great little Air Fryer baker oven toaster.I researched Baker Ovens for several hours and days before I decided on this one. Size was most important as I didn’t want one that would take up a lot of space on the counter top. This one maybe slightly smaller than the one I replaced. Look no further than this one, it is perfect. Lots of new features on this oven and it took a few weeks to get an understanding how this thing works. My wife and I love this new baker oven it cooks, reheats and it is a delight to use. So many features on this unit wow technology is great. Making toast was so cool you can set it for 2 or 4 toast and how done you want it. You gottah be kidding me, all that wow very impressive if I must say so. This little oven works great I have had it for several weeks now but I knew when we first got it that this was going to be a great little oven to use. It does everything you can expect from a baker oven, Air Fryer, Toaster or just warming stuff up. You will love it just like we do. Just buy it now it is an awesome Machine.

So Far So GoodReceived the DeLonghi Countertop Convection Oven today, it arrived in great shape and is a replacement to my Breville 845 that couldn’t even make it to the 2 year mark, used the refund from the extended warranty to purchase this oven. Comparing the two ovens, the DeLonghi has a more substantial feel to it, probably due to the double wall glass door construction. The controls are different than the Breville 845. The outside of this oven is supposed to be cooler due to the double wall door construction (at 450 degrees top was still pretty warm), but they still recommend minimum distances be maintained. Was concerned about the Breville 845, the outside really got hot, customer pics showing items jammed right up to the Breville oven are unwise. This oven has two racks, the Breville had one. The fan on this oven is very, very quiet vs the Breville which is very, very loud. This oven has a light on while cooking, my departed Breville did not. This oven has a slow cook feature, however, it is not shown as a feature on the oven screen (it is in their owner’s manual). Both ovens have a 1 year warranty, this is a crap shoot, the Breville only lasted one full year (plus a few months), if had not purchased the extended warranty would have been an expensive year plus some months’ worth of use. “Once burned, twice shy”, this oven may last years, but a bad experience makes one cautious, so purchased the extended warranty. My rating is expecting the best out of this oven, so it is optimistic. Not pre-judging this oven, that is up to how well it performs. Ease of use, is down a star because still learning the oven, but so far so good. Will update this review as become more experienced in using this oven.Update: Pizza 10.20.2018DeLonghi oven does not preheat and recommends pizza be placed on the bottom rack, cooked frozen pizza exactly as directed. The pizza was “almost” perfectly browned on the top, the surprise was that the bottom of the pizza (crust) was brown, the pizza never got “wimpy” after removing from the oven. Was skeptical on the lack of preheat because am a “control” freak, by today’s standards (came up old fashion when it comes to cooking). But, their way worked fine.Breville oven directs to preheat, which is common in baking, directs to put pizza on the rack in the middle position. The pizza was almost evenly cooked as well, but no matter how I adjusted the cook time, never could get a brown bottom crust. The crust ultimately became wimpy. Breville is more traditional in their directions. Both times cooked on the bare rack. Like a brown crust bottom, so prefer LeLonghi pizza.

Excellent countertop toaster ovenMy 12 year old De’Longhi toaster oven stopped working after many years of service, it was a workhorse and well built.So….after reading many reviews of this model and other similar ones from other brands, decided to get another De’longhi, I’m very satisfied with this choice, does everything my old one did and more, even the air fry function even works reasonably well, not as well as a dedicated air fryer, but good enough for my needs. It cooks, roasts, warms up and everything in between, and does it well. (Read the instruction manual!)Only complaint would be that it sits too low on the counter, the handle on the door is quite big and you might have to angle the tray to get it in and out when the door is open, I added 1.5 inch rubber feet to the ones on it to bring the unit up a bit and it solved the issue.

Seems to work greatIt’s very nice looking. I purchased this one because of other reviews. I haven’t tried the air fry yet, but the other functions work fine. It is true that in order to remove the lower tray it is necessary to pull it out far enough that the handle can rest beyond the cabinet. To me that’s not that hard when it’s being used. What does concern me is the door wants to close about halfway when open. This makes it difficult to remove hot pans when I need to use one hand just to keep the door open. (Maybe mine is an exception?)
