Nice size, has some quirks but met an early death.I purchased this toaster convection oven based upon a lot of research and after reading many, many reviews. I bought this in February of 2018. It has been in regular use daily since then. I have used it for toast, pizzas, casseroles, etc. I like it often over the microwave because of the crisper texture to foods. The pizza function is pretty accurate. It even comes with a nice round pizza pan. I do find the controls to be quirky tho. The toast function is almost never as I want it- so I usually punch the bread thru 1 1/2 to 2 cycles @ 5 min each. The oven is adequate for cooking small dishes and the temperature control is accurate. However, I have to turn the temp down on most recipes because things cook pretty fast in the small space. I don’t care for the scroll feature that dials to various preset functions. I would like more flexibility in setting the toast to light, med and dark, and also the ability to opt out of a preset to manually control it. You can do that kind of by adjusting the temp and time once a preset is chosen and started. Now I will explain why it would get 0 stars if it was possible. It blinked, beeped and died the other day. I checked several outlets with it and it is dead, dead, dead. No lights, no start-up, no power it seems. Something fried. I called the service number on the Delonghi website and there is no support after the one year warranty expires. They don’t even sell replacement parts for these. At all. They gave me a number for an authorized service center in California and they require me to mail the whole thing to them at my expense and who knows how much it will cost to fix it – if it is even fixable. I am kind of handy so I might open it up to see if I can find any obvious reasons for the crap out. At this point, my expensive counter oven is getting closer to a landfill which is very, very unfortunate. It is only 22 months old which means it has cost me about $14 a month to use. I have had several of these kind of appliances through the years and all have been in service for many years. The most recent one I gave away when I bought this one is still going – I gave it to a family member. Wish I still had my $300 in my wallet and my old one back. The worst part of this is not having the option to repair it reasonably. I intend to check with some local small appliance repair businesses to see what they think because I just can’t justify mailing it anywhere without a firm idea of the cost involved in bringing it back to life. I guess the moral of my story is to buy the square trade back up warranty if you want protection from a circumstance like mine. So I went to Walmart and bought the $25 cheapie toaster oven. I have lost faith in buying anything like this oven again. It is a big ouch.

Accurate and well insulatedI’ve had a small convection oven for over 40 years my first one lasted 35 years and I got spoiled was made in France it was absolutely fabulous and it finally died. So I’ve bought two other cents and they were all crap. This DeLonghi is equal or not better to my first one it is an absolutely fantastic little convection air fryer toaster oven but it’s not a toaster oven it’s an actualActual mini oven absolutely fabulous.

Fast and Easy!I like the quick pre-heat on this oven and faster cook times. Important to watch the temperature for the first time for each cooking as I find it usually cooks a bit faster and needs a lower temperature than indicated on chart but varies on ingredients. Fun to watch cookies raising at eye level! I’ve enjoyed baking for over 70 years and like the ease. One cake layer cooks in less than 20 minutes depending on ingredients. Great chicken thighs-golden and tender in 25-30 min. Oven Light shows product throughout cooking time so you can check on preferred doneness and browning. My use is based on just 2 months ownership.

I set the oven on convection bake and was pleasantly surprised that my pan of biscuits turned out not only good but also lovelyOK, I received the product on 2/2/2018. Placed it on my countertop on Mon but didn’t program the clock until last night. That is when I noticed the subtle dent in the right side of the unit. I planned to return it but the UPS person I spoke to this morning wasn’t very helpful. I was frustrated so I decided to just keep it and hope it wasn’t damaged internally. So this morning I heated it up and made biscuits. I set the oven on convection bake and was pleasantly surprised that my pan of biscuits turned out not only good but also lovely . They were evenly baked although I probably should have taken them out a 2 or 3 minutes before I did. I like to cook so this is going to be good for me since I won’t have to heat up the large oven in my stove if I want to bake one potato or a small casserole. I was concerned about the size and taking up valuable counter space but it fits nicely on my countertop and I still have plenty of room for preparation. Hopefully this oven will not be a lemon!

Can’t toast a muffin. Our last DeLonghi (bought in 2010) was a basic toaster oven with a simple dial timer for toast. Worked great every time until it died. The toaster oven has always been an essential kitchen tool. Use it for everything that can fit. This new one, which seemed to be a “smarter” toaster, is just odd. No idea what difference I get when selecting 2 or 4 or 6 slices, but I figured out the best time for the toast I like (usually 5 minutes). But here’s the dig. I like my english muffins toasted until they are slightly or even moderately burnt. This toaster can’t do this. I’ll set it on 2, 4 or 6 slices and dial up the highest time (which is 7 minutes) and the muffins barely toast. I’ve raised the rack to the top, but this only affects the top side. A simple toaster oven shouldn’t be this difficult to use. I’ll opt away from DeLonghi next time.

TOP will still get HOT if on for more than 15 minutes or so !!Great toaster oven. Good temperature control, nice size and easy to configure controls. Convection fan is good sized and moves air well. The top of the oven will get too hot to touch if you have it on long enough, so don’t be misled about it being insulated. The insulation is good for heat internally but will not prevent the top and left side from becoming hot after about 20 min. Now if you can toast or cook in less than 15 minutes, it will not get much past warm.

Love this Toaster Oven!!!I have searched hi and low on Amazon for the perfect toaster oven. I read through thousands of reviews and this one I came across while searching. It took me some time to figure it out, but once I did I admit that it does a good job at cooking. It has different food features programmed like Pizza, chicken and few other that take the guess work out of it. And I love how it has the convection option too. Food comes out delicious. I have had it for over a month now and no complaints so far. I will have to update at a later time, but for now I love it!!

Great features…terrible qualityI purchased this DeLonghi EO241150M 2 years and 2 months ago. June, 2019. It has completely stopped working. In reading past comments, this failure seems to have occurred with some frequency. I’m a loyal customer of DeLonghi products. Currently I’m using my old DeLonghi toaster/oven (purchased over 10 years ago) and it’s still working fine. What happened to the “DeLonghi quality” I relied upon. Sadly, I would purchase this item again if I felt the quality had improved.Sincerely,A good customer with a very bad experience!

Perfect ovenI bought this oven to replace my old Cuisinart. I have been using it for a week now and I am absolutely loving it! I’ve made pizza, chicken, salmon, cookies, appetizers, toast, shrimp and hamburgers. All came out perfect. Unlike my old Cuisinart, this Delonghi cooks evenly. It comes with 2 really nice pans, one round for pizza and one square. I am going to buy an extra rack for it. Don’t be intimidated by the instruction book, which seems complicated. The controls are really easy once you play with them and figure out what you want to do. Also, it’s really quiet. I just have nothing bad to say, it’s awesome! !!

Well made; perfect size; hoping it lasts as long my first one. This is my second DeLongi; I had my first one for over 10 years, then replaced it with a Breville that only made it four years. These ovens were/are used daily. The only thing is it does seem to run a bit hot; deduct at least 10 minutes from recommended cooking times and check! Yes, I know I can get oven thermometer; just haven’t yet. A bit pricey, but worth it. Checked into a comparable Cuisinart model, but was turned off when other reviews said the company replaced the entire unit when a knob went bad. That seems incredibly wasteful to me so I don’t want to patronize that company.
