Not brownThis turkey pan is amazing. The turkey is so juicy and flavorful. It’s versatileand You can also cook other things in it and they will turn out just as amazing. It has temperature control that us easy to adjust. It also has a warming feature that will keep the turkey warm all day and ready to eat. The lid fits well and seals the heat in perfectly. Its easy to clean an easy to use. My only fault with it is that my turkey never turned brown but a small price to pay for such a wonderful roaster.

Works wellI’ve roasted chicken in this unit twice now with good results both times. I look forward to trying a ham or turkey in it in the future. The unit seems to be pretty well made with some thin material flex noted on the side of the stainless steel circumference but should be okay barring any contact with anything. They could have put some taller legs on the roasting rack to lift it a tad more so you can add a bit more liquid to the bottom to prevent drips from the meat from sticking to the hot pan. As a result I’ve had to soak the pan a few hours for easy clean up afterwards.

Love this Roaster- May never make turkey in the oven again!This electric roaster was so awesome! I hosted 30 people for Thanksgiving this year so had to make 2 turkeys. 1 in the oven in a traditional roaster and one in this electric roaster. The turkey in the Electric roaster was so good, so tender, cooked to perfection!!!! I may never make a turkey in the oven again!

Ok but not the bestI bought this roaster to cook down my garden tomatoes. I cooked in it for 3 days straight. They only problem I have is the screws under the lid rusted already and the pan was a pain to clean. I had to soak it over night and still had to scrub it.. The roaster itself worked like it should. Not sure if I would like the ceramic pan better instead of the metal. This was my first time using it just for my tomatoes so we will see how my broth turns out next.

Works greatI was in a jam a few days before Thanksgiving, because we were having more people (and more turkeys) so I looked for a plug-in roaster. I already have 2 Proctor-Silex “Durable” roasters and they have done a great job for the past 5 years. The only one available for Prime delivery was this “Sunvivi” (?) so I was skeptical, but I pulled the trigger. Probably all these things are pretty much made in the same couple of factories in China anyway. It worked perfectly! Rave reviews on our Turkeys. I would say, though, that any time you buy an appliance like this, don’t wait until “game-time” to first turn it on. I heated it up to max temp for an hour or so the day before, because the new paint and insulation needs to burn off and creates quite a chemical-stink. This is very normal.

Good for nowHave used once and all was good. It is sad how cheaply made these are becoming but that seems to be what is available. Turkey did not get as brown as we would have liked but it was juicy and tasted wonderful. And we did not heat up the kitchen with the oven!!! We hope it will last awhile but sure it will never last as long as my Mom’s which is still working after 70 years. Too bad we don’t respect honor over cheap.

This is not non-stick!Item arrived very well packaged, no dents or damage to the item. Easy to use and worked well. I used it the one and only time for slowly cooking down tomatoes for sauce. They did not stick while cooking but apparently the sauce was sticking to the sides because it would not come off. I tried cleaning it with a plastic scrubby after soaking it and it did not come off so I used the dishwasher. Still did not come off..Sadly, I am returning this item. Wish it was non stick or ceramic like a crockpot.
