Lighter duty pan than I expectedA bit lighter duty than I expected. But with that said, it performed very well over Thanksgiving. Not a pan that can be passed down through the generations of your family but should last several years.

No complaints from me..Since purchasing this roaster pan, I have used it several times, without problems, no flaking of coatings, even heat, attractive design, functional handles and strainer stand. If the pan is not ham handed, is used, cleaned, which I found to be quite easy and stored properly, I fully expect to put it to good use for years to come.

Easily ScratchedLift off of the oven rack when moving or else you will scratch the underneath.

If you’re vegetarian or vegan you will never have a use for the rack.I like the solid riveted handles, sturdy V rack and nonstick interior. I made a 5 bone rib roast that weighed 12lbs. The only thing I didnt like was not being able to put it under the broiler. But that’s why I have an outdoor grill or a cast iron skillet for indoors. Though I really cant speak truly on the durability, since I’ve only used it once. I definitely feels stout in the hands.

Xmas giftDue to my age I have turned most of the work doing holiday dinners over to my daughter. However, this last Thanksgiving we both thought (assumed) that one of us had a similar roasting pan. BUT after searching both residences non was found. Your product came thru on Amazon (my foavorite shopping place) so ordered. As the pan was to be a Xmas gift to her BUT was needed for Xmas dinner she received it a couple of days early. End result, it is perfect in all ways. Did a beautiful job for the big family dinner. Of course Cuisinart has always been welcome in my kitchen. Have had your food processor forever, the first one was in the 70’s and I bought 3, one for myself and also for my son & daughter.

That foods won’t stickHaven’t tried it yet, but hope that I can make good gravy from the drippings. My old pan was just too sticky to work with.
