Not Sustainable: No Replacement Trays! This Air fryer has it issues, that some have mentioned in these reviews. But this oven does work well and perform like a convection oven.First it is a metal box and will get hot. Before buying determine if the dimensions will work in your kitchen in a safe location. I will often warm plates on the top.The preheat is the first button you hit after selecting your type of cooking. I even preheat the toaster, because the toaster will be hotter when filling it a second time, and the toast color will vary. When I need soft bottoms on my bread I use the broiler in my large oven. The fan is a nuisance while using the toaster selection, as blown heat effects bread differently than direct heat. You get crispy toast.I find the timer is efficient and useful. My complaint is about the products sustainability. My Aria is almost a year old and has not failed me once to perform, although quality control of their trays is sad. This company has not provided a sustainable solution for keeping their ovens out of the landfills when it comes to the cooking tray. Replacement trays are needed and they do not provide the ability to purchase them. The size of this tray is not standard and not available in the open market. It is interesting that the work horse of this product is the baking tray, and it’s finish sucks and the unknown alloy that is exposed after cleaning is not appealing for cooking my food. It requires using my smaller STAINLESS cooking pans, or aluminum foil and parchment paper 🙁 on top of the unstable tray.

I’ve had this oven for 10 months, and I haven’t cooked in my ‘normal’ oven since.Like the title says, I use this oven for everything. It toasts English muffins and bagels consistently, and cooking chicken or fish is quick and easy – and the airflow ensures the food is cooked evenly. I’ve (against my better judgment) air-fried a steak and it came out incredibly good (just put a bit of water in the pan to catch the grease to stop any smoke). The only complaint I have about this oven is that I wish the ‘done’ beep was a bit louder. There are many online sites that have air fryer recipes and regular recipe to air fryer recipe conversions .. don’t be afraid to try some. Oh… I had an issue with my oven after I first got it – the fan started to make a noise, which could have been caused during shipping?? … anyway, there is a lifetime warranty on the oven — I contacted them and they shipped out a replacement the next day.

Very easy and cooks wellHave to read directions, but once you figure out how to use, it is easy. Cooks very well, toasts and we have really loved using it for a family of 4. The bottom pan never comes clean. Says not to use foil. But I do.

It’s okay, but could be better… read on…As a small oven, it works well. And my wife loves the air drying part in things (isn’t that just another word for convection oven?).I found that the interface is not that user friendly at all, as if it’s missing one more indicator… You start it and there’s also a preheat option, then you hit a button like Pizza, and I can’t tell then if I should hit the start/pause button or if it is already going (because the fan is always running, including when it’s not heating, to allow the cool down period)…. Just needs some kind of light to indicate it’s heating. I’m still not sure sometimes and I keep checking the instructions which are mostly there but still a bit ambiguous (had it a month). I’m pretty tech savvy and able to fix and install pretty much anything, so this is a perplexing, and the real reason for losing stars. The Top panel of the unit warns it will be hot, which is odd for a counter top toaster oven (people sometimes put things on them if they have a plastic top or it’s right under a cupboard generally made of wood – this unit has fair height). It’s big, which is good for the room wanted (our actual oven went, but we’re waiting for an upcoming kitchen overhaul before we buy new appliances), but with the exception of cooking a bird, the height and depth are definitely present.Toast cooking is not great (I’ve had toaster ovens before)… So bad that we kept using the toaster which we thought we could drop once we got this. Or I haven’t figured out how to get it just right, but it takes longer regardless even to botch it up.The front door is spring loaded to go up (good feature), but it just barely stays down when opened all the way which makes me worried about it springing up when I’m pulling out a pizza… Did it to me once (hot door remember), so now I hold it everytime which is cumbersome as you want a couple hands when taking hot things out.Lots of trays (good and versatile as the trays can be flipped for height changes and come out easily for cleaning). The trays don’t have a catch when pulling out, so if you go too far, hot food is what your faced with balancing. Does frozen pizzas excellently, and typically by the low end of the time range, so it’s certainly heating well. For the price, pretty good, but it’s just short on a few little things, which make it annoying somewhat for me. But for the price / size / feature ratio, you can’t beat it. And remember, my wife loves it, so that’s a big feature right there! 😁

Good Product, but will NOT replace a microwaveI purchased this product, hoping to replace my microwave as it says in the description. The oven does a good job at the air fryer part, and I have tried several other features. The controls and sequences needed are a little hard to understand and the recipe book that came with it is terrible. It will not however replace your microwave as claimed. You can’t put plastic dishes in as you would in a microwave to defrost pre-cooked food. The plastic would melt. I was also surprised when I was making dinner in a 9×13 casserole dish and it wouldn’t fit inside – which made me have to heat up the main oven and kind of defeats the purpose. I had a convection oven before, but got rid of it when this came in. I could have and have fit the 9×13 in the convection oven, but not in this. I do like that I haven’t had to preheat the oven for anything. The toast feature, well you get three settings, I would like more. It does get very hot to touch on the outside, and you can’t put it under an overhead cabinet so things needed to be rearranged in the kitchen. I haven’t actually measured the temperature reached as some have spoken about, but I can say that nothing has been under cooked at the preset settings. I did have to dial back some settings, I think on toasting English muffins, and had to lower the rack down because it came out almost black. I don’t like having to pull out the grease tray and extra racks all the time, but the oven is pretty easy to clean. I didn’t have any weird odors that some have talked about, but I did follow the instructions and turn it on empty for about 15 minutes before first use. I probably would have sent it back and gone back to my convection oven and microwave, but time ran out. Oh well, live and learn. I don’t like that you also have to physically turn it off after you are done and that there is no clock on it. In the end, it has its good points and bad but again… it will not replace a microwave oven. I guess that is it, but as always it is the truth!

Hot and HeavyCONS:Quite big and heavy that we have to set it on top of the stove to make sure it has enough room for the hot air. Big setback is the touchscreen. It gets very hot that I burned my fingers a couple of times trying to increase the timer. (Use one of those cheap stylus with the rubber endings) Another con is that there’s no rotisserie option. It does fry all around, but I have to turn the chicken over after some time.PROS:Very quiet and shuts itself off automatically, especially the lights. It has a recipe handbook and other instructions to guide you for what temperature each food needs to be cooked at. The icons on the touchscreen are easier to use, but sometimes I need to adjust the time so I check the handbook for tips. The oven is also quite handy in making lumpia, chicken wings, frozen french fries, and others.

great fryer lots of powerIts great for cooking. I suggest using fill to keep drip pan clean. The only thing I was not aware how powerful it is it keeps flipping a breaker in my kitchen outlets.
