Simply wonderful toaster oven!!This toaster oven is out of this world! It is so cute and compact, but does a giant fantastic job! Not only does it has a wonderful, beautiful vintage look with copper accents, it bakes; broil; and warms up anything to the utmost excellence. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. We simply love, love, love it!!!

I decided to return itThere is a lot to like about this unit. It’s cute, which is good for something that is going to be in plain sight on the counter all the time. It’s compact so that it doesn’t take a lot of space. We mainly use our toaster oven to toast bagels and sometimes to melt cheese on them , so I didn’t need a big appliance or want to spend big bucks on one either. Another thing that appealed to me is that it has dials instead of touchpads. My experience with touchpads on small appliances is that the pads for functions I use most wear out before anything else on the device, making one need to replace the machine even though it technically still works . Also they seem to load those(touchpad) devices up with a plethora of unnecessary and usually unused functions . Dials seem to me to be an old-school option that may be more practical on a toaster . I particularly liked the inclusion of an enamel coated cooking tray. I won’t cook on anything with a plastic (teflon) coating. I like that the end-of-cycle alarm/notification is soft , and the unit itself is quiet. In spite of these delights, I had to return it . When I received it I found that the unit I received had a small but maddening flaw: the oven door would not close properly . I could not find any way to make the door stay closed . I’d close it and it would pop open, gapping just about 1/4″ . I looked but couldn’t find any way to adjust the door closure . I decided to run the unit to see if I liked it, to decide if I wanted a replacement. It heated up nicely , it seems powerful . My toast was done before the cycle finished, and I found that until the timer finished running I couldn’t turn the toaster off except by unplugging it . That was the deciding factor me , that I didn’t want a replacement . Being able to turn off a device-especially one that heats up-seems pretty basic . I liked so many things about this toaster . If the door had not been defective I might have kept it.

Good while it lasted (under 2 years)Purchased Sept 2020 and was happy with it, at least until June 2022 when it died suddenly. Not sure how long most models last but it seems short lived to me. 4 stars for the color and function during the time I had it.

Beautiful, works good, temp runs highColor is beautiful (Mint/Blue), oven large and works well except the temp runs high.Bottom elements definitely run higher so 300F s/b 250F as not to burn the bottom of food before top has a chance to heat/cook.I really like the pan that comes with but when I cook with it I use top/mid rack not bottom. I also use it as a heat blocker from the bottom elements when heating/cooking food on “grills”. Only had a few weeks so still learning on temp control but we like it!

2 years strongThis item was purchased in June of 2020 and decided not to work almost exactly 2 years later…definitely not a product for life but it got the job done.

Trying to love it…We use a toaster oven every day, from toast in the morning to baking muffins, cookies, roasting vegetables, freezer pizza, and more. Much easier than the big oven when cooking for one or two people. We essentially wear them out every few years. The buttons were losing sensitivity on our digital version so I looked for a replacement. I saw this beauty. It matches our kitchen walls – so cute! It fits our limited counter space. I can get used to non-digital dials. It has a perfect interior size for our needs. After many attempts of our usual goods in the oven, I’m going to return it for a digital version. I surrender. We keep changing the dial to try and find the right place for toast, for pizza… the edges overcook and turn dark or burn and the center isn’t browned. Or your bagel turns black. You have to actually watch so you can grab it at the right time. You aren’t really sure if your oven is at the desired temperature to bake. It’s just too imprecise and unpredictable and I can’t afford the guessing game any more. I don’t have the time and hate throwing out food because it burns in the toaster oven. It’s this type of imprecision that gives toaster ovens a bad rep. This isn’t the product for us.

It’s certainly warm, easy to use and a great size- I just don’t think it’s safe. This toaster oven is super cute, it was a great size for what I needed, I loved the way it looked in my kitchen. Unfortunately, I couldn’t not keep it.I did as the instructions said, (hand) washed everything that needed washing, reassembled it and then turned it on at the highest setting for 15 minutes with nothing in it. Just as it was getting close to the end, I went to put something in my dishwasher, leaned down in front of the toaster oven and the side of my face was blasted with heat. Of course it didn’t hurt, I was just shocked at the amount of heat I was feeling from about a foot away. I felt the outside of it with my hand, it was scorching hot- thank God I didn’t have anything sitting near it. I understand it’s an oven, but I can still touch the not cute one I currently have after it’s been running 20 minutes at the highest temp. The handle to open the door was so hot I couldn’t get a grip on it. I put on an oven mitt and the door wouldn’t open- like it was stuck to the unit. I put an oven mitt on my other hand to brace the toaster oven and finally got it open.I gave it a 5 for warmth cause it was CERTAINLY warm, it is super easy to use and it was a great size so I gave it 5s there too. But overall, it’s a 2 for me. It is so super cute (I should note that the “Americana” lettering under the door had an incomplete “A”, but it was so cute I would overlook that) I just don’t think it’s safe to have as a countertop appliance. On the upside, returning it at Kohl’s was super easy.

does the job – just make sure to watch it while you cookGlad to have this in lieu of turning on the huge oven, to bake small items/heat up pizza etc. the huge oven would take 10 minutes to heat up and 30 to cool down… so I wanted to try something more efficient. this does the job, nicely. I would say make sure to watch it 24/7 – could easily be a fire hazard – it’s basically a big toaster oven. the first time I started using (heating up a piece of pizza) it began to smoke… i had the pizza too close to the heating element – ergo from now on I will be there the whole time something is cooking tomake sure no fires start. ie never leave this alone when in use. I plan to use this instead of my huge/energy inefficient oven.
