I almost didn’t buy a rice cooker for my new apartment because it seemed like an “extra” item but honestly it has turned out to be one of the best purchases I’ve made. This little machine makes great rice every time. It’s extremely easy to use and clean, it’s become one of my most used kitchen appliances. Worth every penny.

The non-stick coating is pretty awesome and the weight plate prevents you from burning the right. Also the instructions are a litttttttle difficult to understand at first but once you do 1 or 2 it becomes second nature and extremely easy.

I moved and did not have my previous version of this product but the new one is just as great comes with a little cup that correlates to the 1 2 and 3 on the inside of the pot so I just threw it into the gallon bag of rice so not to lose it. But the instructions do have the conversion value if you don’t want to keep it. I havent cooked other types of rice other than white rice but there are other water values for some other types of rice in the instructions as well.

Our old rice cooker pan got destroyed by accident (fell off the counter and got dented), so we bought this one. It works great, but does not have the steamer option, and its about half the size as our old one, but looks exactly like it! It works great, just know that it may be smaller than what you’re expecting (makes plenty of rice for 2- 4 people at a time, just doesn’t have the vegie steamer option).

El resultado es excepcional. El precio es razonable, el tamaño perfecto para familia pequeña o para dos porciones si asi lo requieres. Comoda para usarse, no tienes que estar cuidando como en caso de la preparacion en estufa, no ocupa mucho espacio en tus gabinetes. Si te gusta comer arroz frecuentemente, invierte en este equipo o de la marca y tamano que tu requieras, no tiene que ser complicado o riesgoso si saldra bueno o no al preparar tu arroz favorito.

The thing I love most is that I can just click the button and walk away and still get perfect rice every time. I don’t have to worry about watching it while it cooks to avoid it boiling over or getting burnt.

Having this in our kitchen will enable us to save time, and also provide extra burner space. This is such an easy to use, wonderful device! Just fill the water to the line of how many cups of rice you’ll be adding, rinse and add the rice, plug it in, and wait for it to cook! It comes out perfect every time, and we’ve just been rinsing the non stick pot, then putting it in the top rack of our dishwasher and it’s been just fine and coming out clean. This is a must have for any kitchen, as you can really save a lot of money by having rice with most meals. I can’t stress enough how easy to use and beneficial this is to have!

This Aroma Rice Cooker is a replacement for a 10-year old model that was working fine. The only reason I’m replacing the old unit was the nonstick coating was deteriorating on the bowl. While flakes of nonstick coating don’t contain enough chemicals to cause harm to humans and will likely pass through the body without causing trouble, it’s still better to be on the safe side. I’ll try to take better care of this new one. We certainly got out money’s worth from Aroma.

Since I cook rice very often, I always just eyeballs the amount of rice and water. The rice comes out good enough and pretty constant. The machine is easy to use and does not have any problems mentioned in some of the other reviews. I recommend washing the rice 3-5 times until the water is mostly clear. I keep the machine unplugged when not I’m use.
