Crockpot works great but difficult to use. Once programmed everything worked well. I understand that the features that are on this “digital “programmable crockpot are for easy use. But, the first time I use my crockpot I experienced a power surge in my home. When I came in after two hours of being away from the crockpot it was off! Since it’s digital it had to be reprogrammed. Meaning, the good old crockpots in my opinion are better because the old style crockpot would’ve come right back on again. Sometimes, old technology in this case would have been better for me.

I was thrilled when I cooked my first 9 hour meal in this. The instruction booklet was very easy to understand. I read it to make sure I took advantage of all its capabilities. It was wonderful to simply place-in the ingredients and leave it alone all day. Having this now to make my busy days even more efficient and easy is great. I bought the slow cooker liners when I purchased the slow cooker and there was literally no clean-up needed, except to lift out the empty liner and throw it away. I am so glad I chose the lid that locks on to the top. This makes it mobile, should I wish to take it to a house party or camping. I really wish I had bought this years ago. Worth every penny.

I like the size, I bought this to feed several people and recently had a house full of guests. It easily held and perfectly cooked 6+ pounds of meat. I have now used this about 10 times. I have a hard time finding the timer button to set manually length of cooking, I do wish it were more simplistic with that, but I figure it out and it works really well. Clean up has been easy, which surprised me. I have both hand washed and used the dishwasher to see how clean it got the stoneware and lid, I am happy to say I have so far found clean-ups very easy, especially compared to my last slow cooker.

Was delivered today, so excited that I’m already using it for dinner tonight! I have a beef stroganoff in there!! So far working great and has a lot of features. The “schedule meal” function is cool as you can plan to have dinner ready at a certain time. You can put it in the morning, go to work, and have dinner ready by 6pm (or whenever). Obviously I just got it, so as of now it’s working fine! I’ll update if anything changes.

This crockpot is so intuitive-just set the time you want to eat, what kind of food, and get ready to eat. I just threw away my other crockpot AND a pressure cooker. Buy this, buy this.

I had a Hamilton Beach crockpot, that was cheaper but it was terrible. This pot is way better for a little more money.

Bought this during Amazon deal days. When it was on sale, it was definitely good value for the money. Lots of nice features, and a very nice size. I prefer the ceramic insert to a metal insert, although it is a little bit harder to clean. And even after scrubbing, there is some white discoloration. But that is not the reason I gave this four stars. When this crockpot is on, the metal exterior gets very, very hot. So if you are a household with little ones, or fur babies that like to explore things on the countertop, please be aware. You will need to place this somewhere where inquiring fingers and paws can’t reach it, and where it will not cause any heat damage.
