OK product for the price. A little difficult to slice bigger bagels, like those from CostCo. Primarily made of plastic so not sure how sturdy it will be in the future.
Tracey Seranian –
as expected and delivered promptly.

Bagels are not cutting smoothly and they are squished! Sending it back…

The cutting blade is not nearly as sharp as it needs to be. Try slicing a bagel with a butter knife and that’s what you get with this utensil. If only the blade was sharp enough I would score it 5 stars across the board 🙁
David Gordon –
I tried three times to cut a fresh bagel ,it squished it down to 1/4 forth its size. If the bagel is stale and more rigid it might work but fresh bagels forget about it! WHAT A PIECE OF GARBAGE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Believe me I wanted it to work but it just doesn’t work on soft bagels.

I love the bagel slide best gift from me to me. Easy to use and cuts my bagels perfectly.
Jim –
Had high hopes for this but all it did was squish the bagel.
Vanessa K James –
Unless your bagels are hockey pucks the fresh bagels get smashed down as the blade goes down. Waste of money.
