I ordered two of these to do chocolate and cheese fondue for NYE. They were a good size for capacity and for easy transport and assembly, but they were just too small for the actual fondue part. The space between the tiers was too close and it made it difficult for dipping. Also, the heating element was not warm enough to keep the fondue at the right consistency to continue flowing smoothly for a longer period of time. Since the reservoir was too shallow or not angled enough toward the center, the cooling fondue started to thicken and did not continue to flow well into the auger from the edges. Also, the attached base made it harder to clean. It would be better if the bowl/reservoir was removable. It was a novel idea and they worked well enough, but it almost wasn’t worth the hassle. I am hoping to return or exchange these for a slightly larger and more powerful one with a detachable base.

Product was small but really server it’s purpose well. Purchased this basically for a one time use. The price was right so I’m happy with the product and my purchase. It was definitely it big hit with the kids which was what I was looking for.

Was nervous based on reviews …but it worked great. Ran for 10 hours non stop. I mixed the chocolate with coconut oil for the right consistency and it was a hit. Oil had no taste which is why I used that. Read directions for chocolate to oil measuring and it will be just fine.

Ordered this for a graduation party. It ran continuously for several hours and worked great! It was the highlight of the party. It is a little noisy, but there were enough people there and a lot of talking, so it wasn’t distracting. It takes a while to clean and hard to get into some parts if the machine to clean. For the price, I can’t complain. I would order again!

The chocolate took a while to melt ,but I melted it in the microwave instead & poured it in there. Besides that it worked awesome! Great price.🤍

The heating element in the chocolate well is garbage… it does not keep up with the temperature drop of the chocolate going through the auger and down the fountain. Works good for about 30 minutes, then it labors to push the chocolate through the system because the temp is not high enough and the chocolate is cooling.
Another cheap Chinese product.

I purchased this through Amazon Prime. I wanted it for Valentines Day to surprise my lady – I should have inspected everything before the day. The security seal on the box was damaged… but I figured I would try it anyways. It worked. The chocolate flowed similar to the photo but there were a few disappointments. The base didn’t keep the chocolate warm enough so after a while it started to thicken. The machine had a plastic/oil smell to it while it was pumping the chocolate and it was too loud to leave running while we watched a movie. Will I be returning it? No, I wanted it for Valentines Day and now it’s over and will never use it again. I’ll put it on a shelf and wait until a garage sale in the summer to dump it on to someone else.
Note: The photo is with one bag of chocolate. The waterfall effect did increase when I added more chocolate.
