My Nesco dehydrator is a basic model and not very old, maybe 5 or 6 years. We have a small orchard so it’s made a lot of apple chips, reliably and aromatically. With more trees come more apples so a couple more trays were easy to justify. But these are very disappointing and suggestive of a company looking to reduce cost without regard for the goodwill they’ve built over the years.
These trays fit but not snugly. They are molded of thinner plastic and warped after the first use. I doubt they’ll ever again provide a truly flat surface. The original trays have a lip around the inner hole that helped them stack securely and limit bits of fruit or jerky dripping down to the base. That lip is gone. I imagine eliminating it greatly reduced the molding cost but with a big compromise in functionality.
These trays will be used and our apple chips will be as good as ever. But each time I wash these trays, anxious that the thin plastic might break, I’ll be thinking about the dehydrator I’ll buy if the Nesco gives out and wondering what other brand it will be. Only because Nesco chose to save a few pennies on the cost of trays.

Seemed a little pricey for what they are. Wished the mats came with them so the foods didn’t fall through. I am used to square trays for easier loading but the machine itself works pretty good.

My dehydrator is quite old, so I was very glad to find replacement trays that fit. I wasn’t pleased to only find them in gray, instead of the white the machine came with, especially since the description listed them as white and then as gray. Very confusing. I was able to find mats and rollup sheets as well but again they are a darker color than the original that came with the machine. I think the manufacturer needs to do a better job of identifying what products their accessories will fit as I had to spend a lot of time trying to identify which trays and liners would work for my dehydrator.

Fits my FD 50/30 American Harvest Snackmaster. They are a little warped but for me doesn’t affect my use. These don’t have the center supports the originals do, but i have no issues. I would buy again.

Stacked right on the original without any problem. Nice to have a couple more trays!

Needed to replace trays for my dehydrator. These fit. There is no lip around the hole so i had to watch when I was making the fruit roll ups

These are as close as I can find for my FD-77DT model, but they only fit upside-down in my dehydrator. Makes for a couple of uneven gaps between the factory trays and these aftermarket ones.

I bought two sets. These fit my REALLY old American Harvest Snack Master (came with only two but can handle up to 12!). (Pic #1 Grayish are new)They seem to bow/crown in the center a little (Pic #2). Works fine for all solids, but may be a problem when I try more fluid items like fruits for roll ups, etc. It seems like it will flow to outside edge of the circle too much so -1 star for shape. Washed up great stacked in bottom of the dishwasher.

Not made quite the same as my old ones and by far made cheaper but they do fit and work well.

These add-on trays certainly fit and do the job, but do have some interior warping that is not present in the original trays that came with the dehydrator.
Warping of the interior web makes these trays cosmetically-challenged, but did not affect stacking with other trays, or arranging of food on them. The webs are light enough that the weight of the food flattened them out (only) while the dehydrator was in use.
No functional impact. Would buy again.
