Not the brightest bulbThe lightbulb is good although it’s not very bright at it’s brightest setting like I thought it would be. I love that it’s voice activated through Alexa. I love that. The set up was really easy; just put the bulb in, downloaded the app, and the light worked perfectly. If I had to spend my money though, I’d buy a different brand for half the price of this one.

Not your typical E12 – It’s biggerI got two of these for my daughter’s room. She had little desk lamps that took E12s and wanted to join them to the smart house and let her change the colors. She loves the lights, but they are significantly larger than the normal E12s. If they were for me I would have taken them back, but my kid loved them so they stayed LOL.

Still the best HomeKit/WiFi bulbsThey are expensive as hell. A bit of a pain to set up (have to walk to my basement, press a button, wait for it to fail and find my new lights, go upstairs, then add it by serial number for some reason? Every time.) But once they work, they integrate so well and are so easy to use either through the app, through control center, or through siri, it really is a no brainer in my opinion.Also I ripped it apart and stuffed the guts in a salt lamp and it worked fine! 🙂
