Brass
Brass is the standard material for nozzles. It’s long-lasting and capable of reaching temperatures of up to 300ºC.
Brass is a excellent thermal conductor, which means it makes it easy to maintain a consistent extrusion temperature. Brass is also corrosion resistant, which helps lengthen the lifespan of the nozzle.

Hardened Steel
Hardened Steel makes tough and durable nozzles.
It primary purpose is for printing abrasive materials like those reinforced with glass fibre, carbon fibre, filaments containing wood or metal shavings, or glow-in-the-dark filaments containing phosphorescent material.
Hardened Steel nozzles also allows you to use temperatures up to 450°C, which means you to print industrial grade PEEK and PEI materials.

Nickel Plated Copper
Our Nickel Plated Copper nozzles combines the best properties of brass and steel nozzles in to one. The Copper alloy offer even better thermal conductivity then brass, and the Nickel plating makes it almost as wear resistant as steel.
With a maximum temperature of up to 500°C Nickel Plated Copper nozzles can be used to print almost any material.
An added bonus is that the Nickel plating helps repel the build up of burnt plastic on the nozzle itself.

Ruby
The one nozzle that can do it all!
Our Ruby tipped nozzles can print almost any material without ever wearing out.
We use the same high-quality materials as in our regular nozzles, and in addition to this we have also added a small Ruby gemstone at the tip of the nozzle. This transforms a regular nozzle in to a nozzle that you can use for even the toughest materials.
Finally, you can use one nozzle for all your materials!
