I bought this for my 8 month old baby and she caught on pretty quick. It’s a great educational tool. I took away a star because it arrived with two small nails that were sticking out of the wood. They were pretty sharp. I used some super glue to cover them up so my baby wouldn’t cut herself. Aside from that i love it!

Absolutely great toy. With little babies who can grasp the ball, you can guide baby’s hand to the hole. Wonderful design and construction ♥️

Love this toy, well built, paint doe not come off, she plays with the balls all the time (with and without the box) We actually used the balls to teach her to crawl. she would drop them and chase them.

It’s an awesome toy and my 8 month old loved it (doesn’t use it much now at 17m old). Only complaint is that it came apart and we had to re-glue it. And this was being gentle with the toy too. Just from picking it up and putting it on the shelf repeatedly , it eventually came apart.

This toy is loud! The crochet ball not quite fitting is part of it. The child pushes it down.

My 9 month old is doing great with this toy! It is true, as other reviewers said, that the knitted ball needs to be pushed through the hole since it is bigger, but this gives him a new challenge that’s different from the other balls. Well made, great price.

There are similar items like this, but what I liked most was the three balls were made of different materials – wood, plastic with rattles and a soft one with crochet around it. My grandson started with just throwing the balls at the box. We would put all of the balls in the hole so he could watch them come out the other end. He kept grabbing the red one that rattled and soon learned to put it in the hole. Next was the wooden one and finally the yellow crochet ball. The yellow crochet ball took a little longer as it didn’t just fall through the hole – it had to be pushed. He started by placing the ball on the hole then placing his other hand on top of the ball, then placing his first hand back on the ball and kept alternating hands until the ball fell through the hole. He quickly learned one hard slap would get the ball though the hole. Loved watching as he learned!
