I strongly advise against purchasing this range. I’ve had ignition problems (burners won’t start about half the time, and even when they do, the ignition often starts clicking incessantly), and much more seriously, a gas leak, for almost a year now. Four service calls and replacement of several major parts have not resolved any of the problems. The distributor – Mode Distributing – after initially being responsive, ignored me for over six months. The manufacturer didn’t respond to messages at all, but they’re primarily focused on commercial customers and not really set up for customer service. The distributor finally responded (as did the manufacturer) when I got a news channel consumer advocacy program involved. The manufacturer claims to be working on a replacement (they and the distributor refused to buy it back, which is my preference.) This range looks good, is very powerful, and the construction is pretty solid. But the parts are garbage, so if you need your range to start when you want it to, or function properly, or not leak gas… or if you want any kind of customer service… then look elsewhere.
